"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol in Bol and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. The hotel is even more beautiful in real life than it looks in the photos – stylish, welcoming, and incredible interior. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single person we met was genuinely friendly, cheerful, attentive, and eager to help. The service was outstanding from beginning to end, and you could really feel that the staff cared about making sure their guests had the best possible experience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we were always greeted with a smile. Never been at a hotel with this kind of service before. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed yet elegant, and everything feels thoughtfully done. The rooms and common areas were beautiful and spotless, and the entire hotel had a fresh, comfortable and luxurious feel. It is the kind of place where you immediately feel at home, but at the same time feel like you are being properly taken care of on holiday. The location in Bol is fantastic, making it easy to enjoy everything this beautiful part of Brač has to offer. After a day out, it was such a pleasure to come back to the hotel. Hotel Bristol completely exceeded our expectations. It is rare to find a hotel that combines beautiful surroundings, comfort, atmosphere and genuinely exceptional hospitality this well. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται δίπλα σε μια περιστροφή, έτσι υπάρχει συνεχής κίνηση καθ' όλη τη μέρα και τη νύχτα. Το ίδιο το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά βασικό και δεν υπήρχε θερμότητα ή γοητεία εσωτερικού σχεδιασμού. Δεν υπήρχε καναπέ ή άνετη περιοχή καθίσματος, και η τηλεόραση ήταν τόσο μικρή και πολύ μακριά από το κρεβάτι, γεγονός που καθιστούσε λιγότερο ευχάριστη τη χρήση. Οι επιλογές πρωινού ήταν επίσης περιορισμένες, με πολύ μικρή ποικιλία από μέρα σε μέρα. "I have stayed with my son and daughter in law at this beautiful place. Dog friendly with breathtaking views. Place is located a bit high from the main village and you have to take stairs up and down to the beach , but it only takes 5 min. Main beach and attractions are just on the door step. Staff is very friendly. What prompted me to write a review is their kindness and readiness to go a step further to please their guests. On our last day , my son left a present for me, souvenir from Brac stone , on the floor and it stayed behind. We were rushing to catch the ferry for Split. No time to go back. I really wanted it, considering it was a present from my son. I contacted the Villa Azzure and asked them if they could locate my present and send it on first ferry to Mskarska and I would be on receiving end. They agreed and texted me the details with timings and picture of the ship. I could not believe when I received it💗💗. That is really hugely appreciated. Thats how guests should be treated. Once again - many thanks and highly recommended"

"The owner of the apartment promises discounts by booking directly with her rather than on the various sites and then canceling everything on the last day of your stay. The rooms do not have all the comforts present in the description (e.g. iron), there is not even a wardrobe to put your clothes in, but only a hanger and not even bathroom products. I conclude by highlighting that when I arrived the door handle was broken and I hadn't been told: I had to ask several times to fix it because I couldn't even open and close it without it remaining in my hand. Terrible service and absolutely unprofessional owner."

"Google maps is generally our trusted guide, but this time we got lost in the maze of narrow alleys in Bol. Our host had sent out special instructions, which we entered, but we still got somewhat off target and had to ask around locally. Once we found the place, the parking lot is spacious, although it lacks shade. Our hostess gave us a useful introduction to the area and a helpful map. The location is very convenient with only a short walk to restaurants and cafes. The beach requires a longer walk, but goes through a smooth pedestrian walkway with good shade. Beach towels were kindly provided. Not surprisingly, this kind of place draws big crowds during peak season. Unfortunately the TV didn't work since a storm had nocked out the connection. We learned this only after considerable testing of remote control options. That would normally not be of significance, but we missed a quarter final in the Women's European Championship that we had looked forward to watching. The kitchen was well equipped. There was no in-room safe."
