The hotel is located in the new urban area, and the overall layout is quite comfortable.
Warm porridge at night: There are not many things, but it is just right for simple meals at night, suitable for babies who don't want to go out for food at night after a long journey.
There is a Hotan rose pilaf near the hotel, which is within walking distance, and the lamb kebabs taste great.
The only drawback is that the water pressure of the hotel is unstable at night, and the bath water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which is unexpected."

"The price was great, and the room was spacious and clean. The service was absolutely fantastic and very thoughtful. (Just a small suggestion: the hairdryer's power is a bit weak, and you have to hold down the button continuously, which is quite tiring. It would be great if you could replace it with a more powerful one.)"

The hotel is strategically located, close to the Wanda business district, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep experience is very good. The front desk staff is warm and efficient, the supporting facilities are complete, the overall price is super high, and it is highly recommended to come to Bole accommodation!"

No. 10 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Bole"🙂 Sharing a hidden gem hotel I discovered in Bole. Last night, we returned to Bole City from Sayram Lake Scenic Area after 10 PM. We had booked the Bole Xihai Lijing Hotel (Bole Grand Bazaar Branch) in advance. The hotel is located right next to the Grand Bazaar, with beautiful night views and convenient parking. The lobby was very comfortable, with a luxurious and warm decor. The receptionists were friendly and attentive. The room was even more satisfying; it was very warm, fully equipped with smart technology including a smart toilet, automatic curtains, a smart bathroom mirror, a hairdryer, and a kettle. The room was clean and tidy, with attention to detail, and even included an emergency flashlight, bottled water, tea, and coffee. Breakfast was on the third floor, beautifully decorated and clean. Unfortunately, we forgot the breakfast time and arrived late the next morning; the restaurant had already closed. However, a lovely lady in the restaurant said they had some side dishes, steamed buns, eggs, and milk, and offered to prepare them for us if possible. Surprisingly, the side dishes were plentiful and delicious, including incredibly tasty braised beef. The milk was also authentic and rich, making for a truly satisfying meal. I'm so grateful for the hotel restaurant's attentive service! 🌹🌹 Also, there's a Snow Lotus Restaurant next to the hotel entrance, with luxurious decor and a strong exotic flair. It's always brightly lit and packed at night. On our evening at the hotel, we had a hot and comforting lamb soup rice (everything at the restaurant was delicious, but it was too late to try it). During this trip, I only stayed one night at the hotel and didn't have time to explore the bazaar. Next time I'm in Bole, this hotel will be my go-to place! ❤🥰🥰"

When you're on a long road trip, the biggest worry is not getting enough rest. The sleep-aid diffuser next to the bed created such a wonderful ambiance, with a subtle, calming scent that eased my fatigue and helped me sleep soundly all night.
The thoughtful service details really made a difference. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they kindly showed me different room types upon check-in and helped with my luggage. There was even laundry service available in the evening. The staff were responsive, professional, and gentle, and their warmth truly melted away the tiredness of my journey.
The breakfast catered to both Northern and Southern Chinese tastes, but the most delightful surprise was the special section for Xinjiang local delicacies. From yogurt zongzi to spicy nang and savory milk tea, they had it all. I didn't need to go out looking for local eats; I could enjoy authentic regional flavors right here, making up for any food experiences I might have missed on my trip.
Kudos to all the hotel staff for their dedicated service. This unforgettable trip around the lake was made even more perfect by this hotel. I'll definitely be staying at Orange Crystal Hotel again next time I visit Sayram Lake!"

The reception staff in the lobby were all very nice and even thoughtfully gave us a welcome gift. We booked a lake view room, but the surrounding buildings are a bit too dense, so it wasn't a full panoramic view, which was a minor imperfection. However, the room was quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. Although the balcony isn't completely finished, you can still enjoy a fantastic view of both the lake and the mountains. It's a really excellent choice. And the breakfast – it's absolutely outstanding! It has Xinjiang specialties that are even better than what you'd find in provincial capitals. Superb! 🥳🥳🥳 Highly recommended."

We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

To be honest, the hotel facilities are very good, but the breakfast is very poor. I don't know who designed the TV wall in the room. It's so ugly. When the sliding doors on both sides are closed, the TV is completely blocked. When you open it, you have to walk sideways from the living room to the bedroom; when you insert the room card, the curtains will automatically close. When you calm down, the toilet suddenly says: Welcome to use the Xiaoai toilet. For these problems, I suggest the boss to bring the management team to experience it in person. It cost so much money to repair it, don't be fooled by the contractor like this.
I especially praise Manager Ai and Zhang Ning at the front desk. They are very enthusiastic to guests and try their best to solve these small problems of inadequate facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located just 7km from Bole Railway Station and 24km from Bole Alashankou Airport. With Strange Rock Gully Pavilion, Bortala Memorial Park and Aibi Lake Pavilion all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Bole hotel offers parking on site. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

This is a newly opened hotel with a great surrounding environment. Right outside the main entrance is an artificial lake, offering a wide, open view perfect for a leisurely stroll or a morning jog. The hotel's interior decor is also very nice, with complete facilities, including a well-equipped gym that guests can use in the evenings. The front desk staff are all attractive and provide excellent service. The guest rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of options, including many kinds of beverages. I even captured a beautiful sunset on the day I checked in. All in all, it lives up to its five-star quality and is definitely worth staying at.

This was the best trip ever! I travel to 3-4 cities every year, but this was genuinely the most comfortable stay.
1. The room was clean, and even though it's newly opened, there was no strange smell.
2. The staff seemed genuinely happy; even the laundry room attendant, seeing us waiting for our clothes, proactively offered us chairs to rest.
3. The key card is made of wood, which shows a great commitment to environmental protection. The in-room facilities are highly automated, and the use of space is also excellent.

I originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!

Xxiao yun.Five-star review! The lady at the front desk is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly helpful; you can contact her anytime with any issues. The hotel owner, a handsome gentleman, is also very kind. We couldn't get a taxi, so he personally drove us to the scenic area for free. The hotel's location is great, surrounded by plenty of food options. Sayram Lake is breathtakingly beautiful; I'll definitely be back!

BBoru0426This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and it was quite an interesting experience! Great value for money. Once the door was closed, it was incredibly quiet and private. It's close to the old east gate of Sailimu Lake, just a few hundred meters walk. However, it's about 2 kilometers from the new visitor center, so if you're taking the scenic bus, you'll need to consider walking that 2 kilometers to the hotel. The old east gate opens after 10 AM, so catching the sunrise from there might be a bit tricky.
