"This internet-famous guesthouse truly lives up to its reputation, with a total of 24 rooms. The biggest drawback is the number of stairs and the lack of an elevator, but everything else is excellent! Location: It's situated next to the Balinghe Bridge in Guanling, about a 15-20 minute drive from the main Huangguoshu scenic area. Ambiance: It's a popular guesthouse located in a small, charming village. The air is filled with the scent of mugwort. The 4th-floor observation deck is perfect for watching both sunsets and sunrises. You'll hear roosters crowing in the morning. Facilities: Be prepared to climb stairs, as the highest floor is the 4th. There is a dedicated luggage elevator for your bags. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful but a bit noisy (earplugs are provided by the hotel). There's a self-service laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers, along with laundry pods. Service: The butler-style service is prompt and friendly. I really appreciated the small farewell gift upon check-out. Cleanliness: Very good. Restaurant: They offer a buffet breakfast, à la carte lunch, and dinner requires advance ordering and reservation, with a notification when it's ready. The cocktails at the bar are excellent."

Guanling Hongqiao Tianpu Hotel

"The toilet was a disappointment. Every time I sat down, it would automatically flush and splash water, which felt unhygienic. The Jomoo brand really isn't good enough. However, the floor sensor for the toilet flush was a nice touch. The mirror light was sensor-activated and kept turning off, which was very inconvenient. I had to keep waving my hand to turn it back on. The hairdryer, though, was excellent! It's one of the best I've used in a hotel. It dried my hair quickly without getting too hot. The cleaning staff were very considerate. They noticed I was running low on tissues and toilet paper and left me an extra pack of each. This morning, I mentioned needing some water for hiking, and in the evening, they left four bottles in my room – very thoughtful. However, when I messaged the front desk to ask for more water, they refused, saying each room was limited to two bottles. Luckily, the front desk attendant was generous and even kindly offered me an umbrella, reminding me it might rain, which was very considerate!"

"Had a fantastic experience! The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They helped with our luggage and even gave us beautiful sunflowers when we checked in. The swimming pool was super photogenic, and the overall views were breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the waterfall across the way was so refreshing. I'll definitely be back in the summer to take a dip in that pool!"

"The hardware and software were both outstanding, and Butler Xiao Zhao's service was fantastic! He even recommended nearby attractions for me. One night really isn't enough; ideally, a two-night, three-day stay would allow you to thoroughly explore Huangguoshu. The laundry room and shoe dryer were a great touch – truly made me feel pampered! Breakfast was beautiful and refined, with the option to choose your own fruit and vegetable juice. It would be even better if there were more varieties of eggs!"

She was always available, helping us carry our heavy luggage up to our room halfway up the mountain. She handled every big and small matter meticulously, always thinking of everything for us. She was incredibly reliable and attentive. We also want to thank Manager Tian. Even before we arrived, she sent us detailed travel information, proactively provided contacts for car services, and meticulously explained the itinerary for our current and next destinations. She planned our trip in advance with exceptional care. Finally, a big thank you to the two lovely service ladies who proactively came to our room to change our bedsheets and pillowcases. "When we first arrived at the store, we felt the very good environment and service. We were very puzzled why we were the only room during the New Year? Until the night, the heating broke down and the lights in the whole room could not be turned on. The lady on duty actively contacted the person in charge, but the remote manager actually said: ”It's cold tonight, but you have to stand it!” We? ? ? ? ? ? I'm here for vacation, not to endure it!! There is no way to solve the problem at all! The reason why the occupancy rate is low is obviously a problem of management! The place worth adding points is that the three local residents on duty immediately took out their own heating from home as soon as the heating broke down, and kept apologizing to us. The manager far away has not given us any greetings so far. Thank you very much for the attentive service of the three sisters. The leaders of the store should thank them well. They are the ones who are sticking to their posts with their hearts."

"I highly recommend Guanling Luola Waterfall View Homestay! This stay far exceeded my expectations. Not only is the scenery stunning, but the entire homestay is thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the nighttime lighting; it created a truly immersive atmosphere as night fell. The bar drinks were complimentary, a very generous gesture. What impressed me most was the entire staff; everyone was gentle, friendly, and provided attentive service, responding promptly to any needs. The environment was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the romance of the waterfall and mountains."

"I booked this place by chance when I came to Huangguoshu, and it turned out to be the most satisfying accommodation of my entire Guizhou trip. Pros: The in-room facilities are excellent, on par with many 4- or 5-star hotels. The minced pork noodles for breakfast were delicious, even better than the ones I went out of my way to try. Secondly, the butler was very responsive and attentive, giving full marks for service. Finally, there are many beautiful plants thriving inside the hotel, looking vibrant and full of life. There's also a small flower bed at the entrance, bathed in sunshine, with flowers blooming, which puts you in a great mood for the entire day when you step out. Suggestions for improvement (Cons): ① There were rooster crows and dog barks in the morning, which can't be helped, sigh. ② Honestly, please get a new coffee machine."

After getting off the highway, the hotel sign is very clear at the intersection. If you drive by yourself, you should pay attention to the hotel entrance and turn left directly, without following the navigation to turn around in front. There are many parking spaces. When you enter the hotel lobby from the parking lot, the front desk is very enthusiastic. They immediately stand up to welcome you, answer all questions, and have a better understanding of the local situation. There is a gym and a billiard table on the third floor of the hotel, and an open-air garden on the eighth floor. The facilities are complete and really good. The room I stayed in was very large (especially large, very clean and tidy, with welcome fruits). I didn't expect to live in such a hotel in Guanling."
