Bailey went above and beyond, preparing a handwritten welcome card (with a beautiful butterfly!) and steam eye masks, along with an abundant fruit platter – it was a truly amazing and warm welcome from the start. When I switched rooms the next day, more fruit was discreetly added, a testament to their continuous care. Housekeeping would neatly fold my clothes and place them on the sofa, wash my used coffee cups, and even organize the cosmetics and my Switch console on the dressing table. I had several long stays last year, and each visit brought new surprises; the service level is undoubtedly improving. The breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality dishes, especially the pastries, and I always enjoy the meat options. The hotel's dinner buffet is reasonably priced and enjoyable. In the afternoons, evenings, and during the 'blue hour' in my room, I'd peacefully watch the clouds drift by outside my window, a patchwork of light. Towards the end of my stay, I even began to look forward to that transition from daylight to dusk – as the view outside changed, my mind quieted down. You truly see the passage of time here."

Walking into the room, I was immediately impressed. The overall style is modern and minimalist, with a sophisticated yet cozy color scheme of dark brown and soft pink. The king-size bed had just the right firmness, and lying on it, all the day's fatigue just melted away. The bedding felt soft against the skin, ensuring I slept soundly until morning. The room was very spacious, featuring not only a comfortable sofa lounge area but also an office chair, making it very convenient for handling work during a business trip. The bathroom design was very thoughtful, with excellent separation of wet and dry areas. The vanity was spotless, and all the toiletries were from well-known brands, giving me peace of mind. The little details also added a lot, such as the city landscape painting above the bed, which echoed the ”Yihe River” theme, and the curtains provided excellent blackout, which is a lifesaver for light sleepers like me. 🏨Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, I highly recommend this hotel! The night view and light show are fantastic. The room was clean, spacious, and bright, with complete facilities, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept very well. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were quick. The convenient location makes getting around easy, and it offers great value for money. "Traveling with kids is always easiest when staying at a Crowne Plaza. At the very least, you'll get a good night's sleep. We dropped off our luggage early in the morning, which was super convenient for sightseeing. We didn't expect to check in so early, but Liu Lu at the front desk was fantastic. Seeing we had a child, she efficiently upgraded us and got us into our room right away. During the holiday, the hotel even gave the kids a free ticket to a nearby playground. Our schedule was packed, so we didn't get to experience the executive lounge's views or food this time, but we'll definitely try it next time. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast is on the first floor and offers a great variety, including local favorites like 'jianbing guozi' and 'san tang'."

It felt almost like a family room, which was incredibly spacious for me and my 5-year-old. My child absolutely loved the hotel's delivery robot, happily chasing it up and down the floors. The hotel itself was relatively quiet and conveniently located.
