I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM on April 6th, and the two lovely young ladies at the front desk provided excellent service, were very attentive and responsible, and even upgraded my room. I originally planned to stay one night, but seeing how beautiful the hotel was—strolling around the hotel grounds felt like being in a park—I decided to stay an extra day. Ms. Ye at the front desk also provided exceptional service. The security guards at the main entrance were also very well-dressed, and the hotel's dining environment was excellent. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Longnan and will recommend it to my friends."

It's very convenient to get to Guanxi New Enclosure and the World Hakka Folk Culture City. The hotel offers free laundry service, but no dryer. The staff was lovely; they picked up our clothes, washed them, and even hung them to dry, which was very responsible of them. The front desk staff had a good attitude. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. For extended stays, they even give you a small yogurt and a mini cake. I highly recommend this hotel."
