"The overall experience was a delightful surprise! The room had excellent natural light, the decor was simple and comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were fully stocked. Summer, one of the staff members, was gentle and patient, and responded quickly to any requests. The hotel itself was quiet and elegant, I slept incredibly well in the bed, and parking was very convenient for getting around. It's truly suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!"

"Our flight arrived early, and the front desk staff kindly arranged for us to check in ahead of time, which we really appreciated. The DoubleTree by Hilton is definitely considered a high-end benchmark in Yanji, and everything from the environment to the service was excellent. We stayed for three days and two nights and found it very comfortable overall! However, there are still a few points I'd like to share, even after discussing them in person: 1. The hotel is very close to the border, and Yanji is a rapidly emerging city for cultural tourism. During our stay, we saw celebrities and foreign visitors, which suggests it should be a highly inclusive hotel. Yet, at breakfast, when we asked the chef for a simple bowl of plain cooked vegetables, we were met with a firm refusal and an impatient tone. From a business perspective, I had already paid for breakfast; how much cost could two women incur from a 100+ RMB breakfast? Moreover, in the near future, more guests with dietary restrictions, such as pure vegetarians, those needing gluten-free options, or those with severe allergies, will surely visit Yanji as its popularity grows. Customized service is key to creating a differentiated experience. (After we raised this issue in person, they provided us with plain vegetables, and the hotel's General Manager offered a sincere apology.) 2. Having guests pick up their food deliveries themselves from the front desk is not something you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. A pile of delivery bags at the entrance creates a poor visual impression. If a concierge isn't available, this could easily be handled by a delivery robot. I still hope to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton on my next visit to Yanji and wish both Yanji and the Hilton continued success."

"The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were at the perfect height for comfort (many hotels have them too high, which is uncomfortable). On the second night, I remembered to turn off the refrigerator, and there was no noise at all. The front desk manager even helped print out my child's homework."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across the river from the famous Floating Market and adjacent to People's Park. The lobby is grand, and you need to swipe your room card to access the guest floors. The breakfast restaurant on the 24th floor offers a wide variety of options, with fresh sushi and omelets made to order. They even have original and red date/longan flavored soy milk. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the cityscape of Yanji feels fantastic! 👍 The hotel owner is Korean, so there are many Korean tour groups – about six large groups during my stay. The room amenities are well thought out: the curtains automatically close when you leave and the power turns off, which helps maintain the room temperature. The toilet only flushes *after* you stand up. Why do I specifically mention this? Because on my road trips along the 331 highway in Northeast China last year and this year, some hotels had toilets that flushed when you sat down and again when you stood up, which felt unhygienic and wasteful. This hotel's equipment is properly adjusted from the start. The faucets are also extended; if you've done renovations, you'd know these extended spouts are specially chosen. The benefit is that when washing hands or clothes, the spout is centered in the sink, so you don't have to bend over awkwardly. The mattress is also comfortable; I didn't check the brand, but a mattress that feels this good would cost around 10,000 RMB for home use. The tatami mat is particularly noteworthy – perfectly fine for one person to sleep on. The entire room is simply and comfortably decorated. My two-day stay was pleasant and relaxing. When I checked out, the hotel manager even gave me a small gift. If the hotel wants to improve further, I think the quality of your bath products could be upgraded. The black packaging looks a bit low-end, and I preferred to use my own products because yours weren't appealing. Exiting the hotel, turn left and walk uphill for about 5 minutes, and you'll reach the North Gate of People's Park. The hotel's first-floor restaurant, Ban Dao Xue Niu (Peninsula Snow Beef), is worth trying, and you get a 10% discount with your room card."

"The location is great, right across from People's Park. It's about 1 km to Yanbian University, the Internet-famous wall, and Development Avenue, and very close to West Market. Niu Shi Street is just 700 meters away, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive. When checking in, they'll inform you about available floors and room orientations. There are welcome drinks, and upon check-in, they provide recommendations for nearby restaurants, which is very thoughtful for those visiting Yanji. The room facilities are also excellent; I didn't expect sleep-aid salt crystals. My only minor complaint is the room size; for a family room, it feels a bit small, and the price was the highest of my entire trip."

"The hotel's location is very convenient for both the airport and the high-speed train station, with ride-shares costing around 10 yuan. While ride-hailing apps were a bit tricky, there were plenty of local taxis, which made getting around quite easy. The room came with a smart voice assistant, but it wasn't very smart at all; it couldn't even control the lights. The most frustrating thing was the motion-sensor mirror in the bathroom – it would light up every time you entered. Since the bathroom wall facing the bed was frosted glass, it was easy to be woken up by the light at night. Also, the light under the corridor bench in the room was overly sensitive, turning on with just a slight turn in bed. The TV in the room had a section introducing nearby attractions, but it only showed photos! And just one photo! For a luxury hotel, this is quite disappointing. Now, regarding cleanliness: our child brought their own pillow, so we didn't need the two pillows on the bed. We usually place extra pillows on a chair or tuck them into our open luggage. However, after housekeeping cleaned the room, we found the extra pillows shoved into a corner of the room, directly on the floor. Breakfast was a highlight, offering many local specialties, and you could pretty much sample all the延边 (Yanbian) snacks."

"Traveling to Yanji with my family, choosing this hotel was a great decision! The room layout was well-designed, with plenty of storage space, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was quick and smooth, and communication was excellent. The surrounding area has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The public areas were clean and tidy, contributing to an overall comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. It's truly hard to find such a high-quality hotel at this price point; it's definitely worth staying here."

"How can you visit Yanji without experiencing a princess photoshoot? Choosing Xueting Songluan Pavilion was a very wise decision. The guesthouse's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the Folk Village, which is incredibly convenient. The guesthouse also provides several sets of Hanbok for guests to use for photos. The guesthouse service is also very thoughtful. They helped with luggage, provided fresh fruit daily, offered a choice of three set breakfast menus, and even gave us Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The cleanliness was also very satisfying; they cleaned daily and replenished daily necessities. All in all, I was very pleased with every aspect!"

"On vacation in Yanji, a hotel's reception and service quality are really put to the test. Overall, the service was decent, and the room was decent. Compared to the price, it wasn't great value for money. There was a queue for laundry, but they have their own parking, which is convenient. It's not far from the internet-famous wall, within walking distance."

"Guoji Hotel must be one of the older, more established hotels in Yanji. The room was spacious, and the furnishings had that classic, old-school hotel style with dark red furniture, but nothing felt particularly worn out. The only issue was that the room door was a bit heavy and hard to open and close. Because I left a note when booking, they assigned us a high-floor room very close to the elevator, with a direct view of the river from the window. The hotel is really huge though; I got lost several times at the beginning! The front desk staff were all very friendly and smiling, gave lollipops to the kids, and thoughtfully provided us with the hotel's own compiled tourist map and food guide. All in all, it was a great stay with no regrets, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Yanji."
