The host left her position as my property host to pursue another career. I am the owner, and am now the host. Under Airbnb, I had a 4.8 star rating with 11 reviews over a 4 month period. Since becoming the host I decided to go with VRBO since this site leans towards an older crowd and Punta Gorda is considered a "paradise" for vacationers over the age of 50.
