This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish.The rental portion of the farmhouse includes two rooms which have been recently remodeled. We are essentially equidistant from the Badlands (1.5 hrs), the Southern Hills (Mt.
