"First off, I have to say the service at this hotel was exceptional, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. They were all incredibly helpful in resolving any issues we had. My only gripe is with Trip.com – if you're going to offer free breakfast, just give it for both days! It was bizarre to only get one serving per room per day. Or at least let us redeem it with points. The description on their page was also very unclear, which led to some misunderstandings between us, the front desk, and the breakfast staff. However, they handled it beautifully, and even left us a gift in our room when we returned on the second afternoon – a huge thank you to them again! When we checked in, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and two technicians came twice to fix it, eventually getting it sorted. My final suggestion for the hotel management would be to upgrade the room infrastructure; the materials felt a bit on the weaker side, especially for a Holiday Inn. On the upside, the location is fantastic, connected directly to Wanda Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient."

"This time I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Bazhong. The experience really exceeded expectations. I must give a big praise! The hotel is in a good location, just by the river. The river view room I stayed in has a great view and can enjoy the charming river view through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is spacious and bright, the design is modern and warm, and the Shuda mattress is super comfortable, which makes me sleep well. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, clean and hygienic. Especially to praise the hotel's service, from the front desk check-in to the room service are warm and thoughtful, just entering the room to send welcome fruit, people feel at home. The breakfast is also very rich, with all Chinese and Western dishes. Free parking and laundry are also available, making it easy for self-driving travelers. In general, this hotel is very cost-effective, whether it is hardware facilities or software services are impeccable, I will definitely choose here next time I come to Bazhong!"

"The hotel is in the Chinese style I like, with good facilities and its own hot spring bath in the room. The overall service of the hotel is good and it is suitable for family living. The only drawback is that the catering service is not up to par. It was the Spring Festival holiday during our stay, so it is understandable that the hotel hosted a banquet, but this cannot be used as a reason to refuse hotel guests from dining. They actually told the guests that they were too busy and there were many food options nearby, so they asked us to eat outside. We value the quality of hotels when we stay in them, and of course we also hope to pursue the hotel's environment and services when dining. After much persuasion, they agreed to delay the meal. I have never encountered a five-star hotel restaurant treating the dining needs of hotel guests like this. There is room for improvement and enhancement in this regard."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. They had the ventilation and air conditioning on beforehand, and slippers were conveniently placed by the bed and bathroom door – very thoughtful details. It seems to be a high-end hotel; the atmosphere is luxurious from the lobby onwards, with a small, charming shopping area, a landscaped garden for strolling, and a separate building housing a gym and swimming pool. I think I stayed in a lower-end room; there are likely better executive rooms available at very competitive prices. It was a bit old-school, though, with things like instant noodle playing cards in the bar and small price tags for extra charges. The room had thick carpets throughout, which felt a bit odd for a high-end hotel. At checkout, the front desk asked if I had any suggestions for improvement, which I hesitated to offer. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience; they didn't affect my stay and was very comfortable and pleasant."

The room was clean and tidy. The riverside king-size room had a great environment and a wide view. The front desk lady, Ms. Zhang Wei, was very friendly and provided a fruit plate upon check-in. She also introduced the culture and geography of Bazhong, recommended delicious food, and even upgraded her king-size room for free. This is commendable. The hotel's breakfast was rich, delicious, and varied.

The hardware standards are very high, justifying the price. The whole family had a very comfortable stay. The surrounding environment is nice, located within the Guangwu Mountain scenic area, with beautiful scenery. Hiking trails are easily accessible right outside the door. The service is also very personalized, striving to meet all customer needs. However, I would like to suggest improvements to the upper management. While the staff are very service-oriented and have a good attitude, they clearly lack professional hotel training. Their service procedures are not standardized and are unprofessional, which is not worth the five-star hotel price.

The room facilities were new and very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and parking was free. There was complimentary bottled water in the elevator area; take as needed. We were braving the heavy rain and wanted to drop off our luggage at the supermarket to buy some water after getting off the highway. The hotel's hospitality was evident from the moment we entered the elevator. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, a thoughtful touch. The disposable razors were also a nice touch. Hot water came out very quickly, basically in 3 seconds. This was truly the best hotel we stayed at during our stay.

The rooms were first-class, and the service was excellent. Due to the peak tourist season, the restaurant wasn't very large, and reservations were required. The hotel offered room service, which was a great idea (since there were two bedrooms and a large living room with a mahjong table, it was convenient, prevented smells from mixing, and faced the garden). The downside was that during the peak autumn foliage season, cars weren't allowed in the scenic area, so guests had to bring their own luggage and take a shuttle bus, after which the guesthouse would pick them up from the bus stop.

I want to commend Xiaomin for her excellent service; she promptly helped us with every issue we had. The hotel's location is also great—there are plenty of food options right outside, and it's convenient for getting to attractions. Plus, there's always parking available. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, especially the toilet area, which feels so cramped you might hit your head if you squat down. I hope they improve this in the future. (Didn't take photos, so the image isn't related!)
