"Breakfast selection is very moderate for a 4 stars hotel. There is no hot water and tea. You need to go to the Ramada side to get hot water and be followed by the Ramada staff to ensure you are only get hot water and not use their breakfast. There is no tea bag so I need to bring the tea bag from my room. There is no black coffee available either. Overall, the Vienna breakfast is a bit disappointing for a 4 stars hotel."

"The hygiene and environment were acceptable. However, the breakfast and elevators were absolutely terrible – the worst Ramada experience ever. The breakfast was shared with the Vienna Hotel, which makes me wonder why I paid such a big price difference to stay at the Ramada. I could have booked the Vienna directly for a more economical price. If they don't physically separate the two hotels, it will only ruin the Ramada's reputation. I won't even comment on the quality of the breakfast being on par with Vienna's, but the fact that people had to scramble and queue for it was appalling. Some people, including elderly and children, even grabbed fried noodles directly from the serving trays with their bare hands, which was disgusting. There were five elevators in total, but their efficiency was low, and there was no distinction between hotel guests or different floor levels."

After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. "The hotel has parking and EV charging stations. The toilets and rooms are odor-free, and the bedding is quiet. They even have a delivery robot, which is a nice touch. The water pressure is strong, making for a very comfortable shower. The front desk staff, both the young ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly welcoming and professional. I went there for Mother's Day and just remembered to leave a review!"

"I came here for a trip with my friends and saw that this hotel was newly opened, so I booked this hotel. I felt very good after moving in. There is a parking lot, a laundry room, and it is very convenient to go to the port. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the staff are very enthusiastic and help guide parking and pick up luggage. There are also robots to help deliver things to the room. The room is large and fully equipped. The sanitation is also very clean, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The overall experience is very good. It seems that the boss is working hard on the hotel. It’s been many years since I stayed in a hotel and I haven’t written a serious review. "The receptionists, Xiao Liu and Xiao Su, were very welcoming and quick to check us in. They upgraded our room and patiently taught us how to download the Didi app. When we entered the room, it was very hot, and we didn't know how to adjust the air conditioning. We called the front desk for help, and Xiao Su immediately came upstairs to show us how to adjust it, which touched us deeply! The room facilities were relatively new, with a separate shower and toilet, a smart toilet, smart curtains, and all the amenities we needed. There was even a shoe-changing area at the entrance, which was very thoughtful! It relieved our fatigue after driving for over twenty days! It's only a 7 RMB taxi ride from the border, highly recommended!"

Booked this last minute for a business trip and it was a fantastic find. The location is superb, really close to the port which saved me a lot of travel time – just a 10-minute walk. The room was clean and odor-free, and the Wi-Fi was stable, perfect for getting work done. The mattress was super comfortable, definitely improved my quality of sleep. Check-in was quick and efficient at the front desk, and they provided a full set of toiletries. All this at a very reasonable price. It's an excellent choice for business travel, I'm completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

The hotel should have been renovated in 2023. The furniture is new and the facilities are good. This is probably the best hotel you can find in Dongxing. There are about ten single-family villas in total, facing the mountains and streams. It is very comfortable to get up in the morning. The key is that the price is not expensive even on the National Day, which is rare. It's not far from Dongxing city, about twenty minutes' drive. Just look at the room map for photos, that's fine. The only small problem is that it comes with a gas tank for the kitchen stove, but not a pot haha.

Facilities: The facilities are fairly complete; everything you need for a hotel stay is there. Service: Very good, polite, and welcoming. The front desk even offers complimentary tea, which is quite delicious. Cleanliness: Very clean; both the rooms and the lobby are nice and tidy. Most importantly, it's great value for money. The platform's discount makes this price incredibly attractive. With this price and such service and amenities, what more could you ask for? Highly recommended! This time I'm traveling to Vietnam and plan to visit the Golden Beach recommended by the front desk. See you next time!

The hotel is pretty good, quite new. The bathroom has handrails, which is a thoughtful touch. It's about 400 meters from the beach. I specifically booked this hotel because of the children's slide, but I was told it won't open until mid-June. The breakfast was too simple. For a price of around 200 yuan, it's pretty good value.

Room: The room was more spacious than I expected, with modern and cozy decor, and it was very clean and tidy. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and good quality toiletries. Facilities: I tried out the hotel's gym and pool (or breakfast, depending on what facilities you used), and they were all well-maintained. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, which was very convenient for work. Summary: Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice. Choosing the right hotel for my trip to Dongxing Port was a great experience! The location of this Home Inn is incredibly convenient, less than a 10-minute walk to the port, and super easy to get to the China-Vietnam Friendship Park and pedestrian street. There are plenty of snack shops and a supermarket in the lobby nearby. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and quick to check me in; they even proactively recommended must-try local foods. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the hygiene details were impeccable. The hot water was consistently strong and the pressure was good. The best part was the free self-service laundry room – my dirty clothes from a long day of shopping were washed and dried instantly, ready to wear the next day! So convenient for travelers! Excellent value for money; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dongxing.

The room I booked on Ctrip is exactly as pictured, no need to take a photo. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the border. What's commendable is the good service, great environment, good facilities, and good price. The helpful staff, nicknamed ”Cat Cat,” heard that we were a group of four spending four days in Vietnam and would be returning to Dongxing for the night before taking the 7 am high-speed train back to Guangzhou. Worried that there wouldn't be any cars available so early, they immediately booked a car for us to the station and also reserved two rooms for us. We are very grateful.
