"Been here ten years ago 😆, but although is old of age, everything seems fine, except the front desk, asked for more drinking water, replied with “you know, it’s cost rmb3 per bottle”. As I been to so many hotels in different countries even in China, when asking for more drinking water, will be so kind to give instead of this attitude 😅. And the intercom in the room, never can get through to any department, including the housekeeping and front desk. Hope the hotel can improve in this. Other than that, the housekeeper is very generous and the room is well kept."

"環境很好依山傍水，房間拉開窗簾就是湖水環繞，前提是要留意是否為“湖景房”。餐廳菜品種類也很多，早餐也很豐富，餐廳湖邊也有桌子，在湖邊用餐也不錯的選擇。 在此提幾小建議：1 似乎所有房間廁所及淋浴區都是透明玻璃，感覺怪怪的，加之湖景房也是全景大玻璃。 2 停車場下坡處有個通道口下面可以停車的，建議加個提示牌，經常會有不知情住客不知道下面還有一大片空地，會停車堵住通道。 3 入住要交按金，都2025年了😂很少見還要按金的酒店或民宿了 4 停車場有慢充充電樁但是無法使用，酒店附近最近的充電樁都在縣城了，現在很多出行都是新能源，建議引進充電加盟商或自營，增加或優化新能源充電設施。"
