"The room is clean, spacious. The Internet works, all the facilities.
Booked a room with a view to the city (26 floor). Two rooms living room, kitchen, toilet and shower. The room was very warm, sleeping with open windows in the living room.
The toilet was not pleasant in the scent of the sewer (most likely because they did not use water for a long time). And when the ventilation was included in the toilet, all the flavours that could be felt (and the smell of food from other rooms, etc.), but in general everything liked."

"The hotel is in good condition, clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The toilet has automatic heating function and there are small robots to send water. The hotel staff is very nice and very welcoming. The location of the hotel is also very good, just on the side of Heilongjiang Park, you can punch in many places along the river. The bus stop of No. 3 is particularly close and No. 1 is not far away. Many Russian brothers stay here, but they are too enthusiastic, turning on the stereo in the middle of the night, making people unable to sleep."

LLiulangdemiaomiaoxiaojie剛進來的時候挺滿意的，在黑河一共待兩天，打算續住的，但各種小細節把分都扣完了，第二天一早就趕緊換酒店了～
▶礦泉水是衹提供兩瓶，再需要可以在前台購買，1元一瓶倒是不貴。
▶洗衣房裡衹有一台洗衣機+一台烘乾機，雖然機器是免費使用的，但！得在前台購買洗衣粉！5塊錢一包！哈哈哈哈～（烘乾機的烘乾時間也非常長，幾件夏天的衣服兩個小時依然濕噠噠的。）白瞎！
▶酒店早餐，差不多是村裡民宿的程度吧，而且都很涼爽啊，幸好我瞄到有個微波爐能熱一下。
▶餐廳裏收票的保安服大爺和老闆範兒的工作人員，也讓整個餐廳充斥着快逃的氛圍。
▶酒店門口停車位上有慢充充電樁，挺方便的，但價格是2元一度，普通快充充電樁1.5算正常、1元算撿便宜，2元以上就是景區價格了。
●上午九點左右，我們剛吃完早餐回來收拾好東西，有人“敲門兩下後迅速用房卡開門”，喂！我們還在裏面呢！説要來量個什麼尺寸，這麼著急嗎？
房間設施問題：
▶我們住的這間，淋浴間衹有頂噴，且門下面會漏水，幸虧用地墊隔着，不然全都濕噠噠的了，看似分離了，其實全是水。
▶浴巾是毛巾，臉巾卻是一次性洗臉巾，我如果想單獨洗個頭用什麼擦呢？（衹能用浴巾擦，然後小心晾好，晚上再接着用它擦澡😭）
……
不説了。
➽週六晚上的酒店裡幾乎都是俄羅斯人，我想我們來錯地方了……一百多的價位在黑河不算超低價的，也可能是我的要求太高了吧～

GGuest UserMy friend visited Heihe during the May Day holiday. Upon arrival at the hotel, we checked the reserved room first, and with the manager's help, we were upgraded to a river-view room. The room was spacious, bright, and offered a wide view. Watching the ice floes of the Heilongjiang River flow rapidly from inside, my friend was very happy, as it was his first time in Northeast China. The room was very comfortable, with clean and tidy pure white sheets; the attention to detail was excellent. The manager was very warm, helpful, and attentive, making my friend feel the warmth and sincerity of the people of Heihe! The hotel's location is convenient, close to the night market and morning market, and adjacent to the Sino-Russian Overseas Chinese Memorial Hall and the Heihe River Cruise Wharf. The hotel has a Western restaurant, serving both Chinese and Western cuisine, which my friend found excellent. Parking is also convenient, with free parking spaces in front and in the courtyard, making it easy to get around. I personally think it's extremely cost-effective. Before leaving, my friend said that looking at the river view and gazing at Russia on the opposite bank, Heihe was so peaceful and comfortable. I want to thank the hotel manager and staff again for their warm and meticulous service; the experience was top-notch. This hotel will definitely be the first choice for my relatives and friends next time.

GGuest UserI have been based in Shanghai for a very long time now, only leaving during the covid years. I love 'my city', (as kitsch as this may sound), but want to explore the north of China, too. My welcome in Heihe was excellent with the driver I found to take me to the hotel doubling as a warm, humorous, and helpful guide. Price wise, it was convenient and easy to reach the hotel for a very fair fare of 100RMB,(about 20 AUD).The experience was further enhanced when I arrived and the two young women who were working at the front desk helping me change rooms to one with a view of the magnificent frozen river/border. The hotel itself is immaculate and has an 'old world charm'. Breakfast is served in splendour but you may want to ascertain which days the the buffet is available. It is wonderful to return to the hotel's warmth after a long day of photography in the snow. Highly recommended.

Our family of three stayed in a double room with two single beds; there was plenty of space to sleep, and the beds were spacious. The room was clean, the bed linens and towels were crisp white, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi. To be more precise, there was internet access, but no internet. It was a great weekend without internet. 🫠We arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m. and were able to check in early without any problems. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. 😍

GGuest UserWe are from the south and it's our first time in the north. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we felt the attentiveness and patience of the staff. The receptionist at the door was attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently led us to the front desk to check in. The front desk staff was also enthusiastic and introduced the characteristics of the hotel to us, including the room types and what was in the room. They were very professional, and after we checked in the room, someone led us how to get around. When we got to the room, there were intelligent facilities, the room was very warm, and there was no odor. When we needed room service, the staff was fast, had a good attitude, and provided enthusiastic service. I highly recommend it. AAnonymous UserThis hotel experience is great! The focus is on the revolving restaurant on the 19th floor. The view is absolutely amazing. When you eat, you can directly see the opposite side of Russia. You can immersive feel the border scenery and the atmosphere is full.
The variety of dishes is particularly rich, with many choices and online tastes. The environment is comfortable, 360° view while eating, the scenery and food are both right, staying in the store + dining double enjoyment, highly recommended!

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Amur Western Restaurant, next to the pedestrian street, close to Lena Restaurant and Glock, and close to the morning market and Russian goods street. GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the Wudalianchi scenic area, not far from Wenbo and Beiyinquan. Parking is very convenient at the door. The front desk service is very good. Seeing that we brought children, they took the initiative to upgrade the family room. The hotel was once glorious. The room is spacious and clean. There is a small shop at the door, which is very convenient for buying things. If you stay at the hotel, you can go to the plank road next to Bailong Lake to watch the sunset at night.
