"The environment of the hotel is very good, with the theme of root carving, and the facilities match the theme very well. The room rate is not bad even if you include two tickets for the root carving museum during the non-peak tourist season. The water pressure in the bathroom in the room we stayed in was very good. There was a bathtub, but it was not used. The green tea and black tea in the room are loose, but they taste good.
There may not be many guests eating breakfast, and it feels a bit empty in terms of five-star standards.
Service: If the hotel is treated as a five-star hotel, there is still a big gap in service (at least this is our experience). Let me talk about the friendly and welcoming experience first: the three chefs in the restaurant and the one who cleans the guest rooms (on the third floor of the guest rooms in the morning).
But a bad experience: the receptionists at the front desk and the restaurant were all rude and it felt like they were intrusive if I asked them. Compared with the services at the non-five-star hotels in the previous two stops, it can be said to be a world of difference!"

"The mold of Hanting, the sanitation of the hotel, the first time the room entered the door, there was a big smell of smoke, the table was not cleaned, and the floor was not clean. The smell of smoke is actually normal. The guy at the front desk was very good and quickly ran up and changed to another one. As a result, he found a lot of hair when he went to the toilet. I lived in Hanting on a business trip 20 years ago. Now I live a little less, but I still believe that Hanting is clean and tidy during the trip. I met Hanting Health in the past few years. Economic hotels do not need too much good service, but health is the first element. I hope to work hard to improve it."

"It is a family suite with a living room and two separate bedrooms. They are all 1.8 meters in size. The space is very high. There is also a balcony where you can dry clothes. The family of three sleeps too comfortably. It sleeps very quietly at night and does not interfere with each other. The breakfast was also delicious, with many varieties, and I ate Kaihua noodles and pancakes. The taste was great. In particular, I would like to praise the staff at the front desk, Xiaoyu and Xiao Duan, the service was warm and patient, and finally sent a souvenir before leaving. It was a surprise. I will choose here next time I come to Kaihua."

因為生物多樣性項目第一次來到開化鎮，憑直覺選了兩有酒店誰知道很驚喜。房間大，整潔，還有送果盤。服務更是熱情細緻。餐廳是和旁邊的黨校連在一起的，小炒肉和衢州鴨掌香辣美味，早餐主要是中式的，品種多食材好。很有性價比

The first time I lived in Hanting, the decoration was new, the price was quite satisfactory in the town, and the overall health was acceptable. Auntie gave the room some things the next day, not including making the bed? What is the morning or what is the night? There is no disposable shower cap in the wash bag. I asked the front desk that the store did not provide a shower cap. It was more than 8 o'clock in the evening. I said that the health aunt had been off work (that is, the whole hotel has no room staff on duty). The front desk said that there is no spare; the wireless is bad, and it can't be boarded. Not sure if all Hanting is like this, or just this one, it is quite novel, about how much money a disposable shower cap costs, this can also save.

很用心經營民宿的老闆和老闆娘。
住的房間整潔乾淨，一層見小園，二層見山景，有的房間配浴缸，有的是loft閣樓帶飄窗，比一般的農家樂要有設計感，老闆夫婦説改建的時候專門花錢請了設計師。
錢江源這一帶很多山地茶，聽老闆娘説現在拋荒的也多，他們家的茶是請人去山上摘的拋荒的野茶，有的茶樹都有碗口粗。房間裏有茶具，自來水就是本地的天然水，本來也是一些瓶裝水公司喜歡標出來的產地，直接燒開泡茶，不知道是茶好還是水好，茶湯入口甜味非常明顯，澀味化得很快。
我們也在這裏吃了晚飯，下午老闆問了一下需要提前準備的食材，魚都是現撈的，草魚就養在旁邊的水池裡，餵了一些番薯葉，別家點的雞也是現殺的（我們回來的時候看到老闆正在溪邊收拾剛殺的雞），處理好了炭火煨在門外的爐子裏。我們點的炒筍雖不是時令，先蒸後凍的方式也在很大程度上保留了筍的鮮味。最喜歡的是清水魚，魚肉清甜緊緻，魚湯很鮮美。比較有印象是，每次他倆快要做好一份魚，就有一個人會急匆匆來菜園裡捋一把紫蘇葉回廚房裡。新鮮的皺葉紫蘇也帶了一點點薄荷的味道，配在魚湯裏非常搭。
吃飯就在小菜園的涼棚裏，十一白天仍舊暑熱，夜裡卻涼爽宜人，蚊子蠓蟲也都少。老闆夫婦剛好也在旁邊趁空吃飯，跟他們聊了會兒同在齊溪鎮的途中飯店，説他們開了四十多年，很有名，從前是老闆娘燒得一手好菜。
小村莊裡居住的大多是留守的長者，也沒有什麼商業，夜裡非常安靜。吃完飯逛逛馬路，逗逗小狗，就是很久違又貨真價實的鄉村生活。
已經是深夜了，老闆夫婦還在忙前忙後，是踏實又辛勤的一天。想起之前老闆娘説平時也不怎麼關注OTA平台，但總有顧客説要留好評，我想也是這樣，既平常又用心，這是真正值得花時間寫的好評。

Guest UserSeptember is the off-season, so the experience was excellent. The guesthouse wasn't crowded, but the service didn't suffer. We brought our dog with us, and the staff were very friendly to the dog and extremely attentive to us, especially the manager, who was very thoughtful and capable. Because it was raining and we didn't want to go out to find food, we wanted fish, but they didn't have any, so they went to the village to borrow one for us – we were so grateful! There's a river and a wooden bridge in front of the guesthouse, and opening the balcony from the room revealed beautiful mountain and water views – very comfortable!

This trip accommodation exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was attracted by the spectacular natural scenery here, and every scenery was like a carefully arranged picture. The hospitality of the owner of the hotel made me feel as warm as I was back home. Especially worth mentioning is the food here, every dish makes me aftertaste endless, fresh ingredients, fresh and spicy taste is unforgettable. Guest UserThe room is clean and spacious, the hotel is fully equipped: the underground parking lot is free and many people, very friendly to self-driving; the laundry room can be washed and dried, and there is a clothes drying platform on each floor, which is intimate and convenient. The little sister at the front desk is very polite and welcoming, answer all questions, answer all requests, and have a first-class service attitude. There is an authentic home-cooked cheap restaurant next to the downstairs, which is really convenient. I hope I can come again if I have the opportunity.

Surrounding environment of the homestay: Located in the innermost part of the village, many scattered houses have been converted into homestays. Vehicles cannot drive into the village, and they can walk. The whole village is relatively original, and those who like nature can choose.
Room environment: The whole is OK, but there is an unspeakable musty smell, not particularly heavy, but it has always been. At first, I thought it was caused by the room for a long time. Later, I found that it was a bathroom ventilation fan, and the more it opened, the stronger the taste.
Room facilities: Overall, it is OK, but the bathroom floor drain feels a little blocked. According to the staff's prompt, it will be improved after unplugging the floor drain.

The hotel room is not as good as expected, just mark the standard of the ordinary standard room. It just happened to meet the National Day price increase.
