"I want to commend Xiaomin for her excellent service; she promptly helped us with every issue we had. The hotel's location is also great—there are plenty of food options right outside, and it's convenient for getting to attractions. Plus, there's always parking available. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, especially the toilet area, which feels so cramped you might hit your head if you squat down. I hope they improve this in the future. (Didn't take photos, so the image isn't related!)"

"The hotel is marked as a four-star hotel on Ctrip. After visiting the hotel and asking the front desk, I learned that the hotel is not a star hotel at all. The scale of the front desk on the first floor is like the front desk of a street business hotel, and it is definitely not the lobby of a three-star or four-star hotel you imagine. The entire first-floor front desk area is only more than 100 square meters. There are three employees in the breakfast room, including the noodle cooker. When asked why there are no fried eggs, the answer is that the staff is too busy so there are no fried eggs. Don't expect the breakfast variety of a three-star or four-star hotel. In the breakfast room, please ask the security uncle to check the meal ticket and clean up the tableware used by the guests. "The hardware standards are very high, justifying the price. The whole family had a very comfortable stay. The surrounding environment is nice, located within the Guangwu Mountain scenic area, with beautiful scenery. Hiking trails are easily accessible right outside the door. The service is also very personalized, striving to meet all customer needs. However, I would like to suggest improvements to the upper management. While the staff are very service-oriented and have a good attitude, they clearly lack professional hotel training. Their service procedures are not standardized and are unprofessional, which is not worth the five-star hotel price."

"The room facilities were new and very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and parking was free. There was complimentary bottled water in the elevator area; take as needed. We were braving the heavy rain and wanted to drop off our luggage at the supermarket to buy some water after getting off the highway. The hotel's hospitality was evident from the moment we entered the elevator. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, a thoughtful touch. The disposable razors were also a nice touch. Hot water came out very quickly, basically in 3 seconds. This was truly the best hotel we stayed at during our stay."

"The rooms were first-class, and the service was excellent. Due to the peak tourist season, the restaurant wasn't very large, and reservations were required. The hotel offered room service, which was a great idea (since there were two bedrooms and a large living room with a mahjong table, it was convenient, prevented smells from mixing, and faced the garden). The downside was that during the peak autumn foliage season, cars weren't allowed in the scenic area, so guests had to bring their own luggage and take a shuttle bus, after which the guesthouse would pick them up from the bus stop."

💖The most delightful surprise of my trip to Guangwu Mountain was discovering this gem of a guesthouse! The location is superb, right near the scenic area, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The guesthouse itself is elegant, surrounded by lush green mountains and clear waters. Opening the window reveals picturesque views, making you feel like you're in a fairyland. The room was clean and tidy, decorated warmly and comfortably. The soft, skin-friendly bedding ensured a wonderful night's sleep. The facilities were also complete, with air conditioning, a reliable hot water supply, and a thoughtful projector—perfect for relaxing on the sofa and watching movies in the evening. The guesthouse owner was incredibly hospitable, treating us like family. He not only provided us with detailed travel tips but also recommended many local restaurants and eateries. We truly felt right at home here. In short, this guesthouse was impeccable in terms of environment, facilities, and service. I will definitely choose it again next time I visit Guangwu Mountain! Highly recommended! 👍

The Guangwu Mountain in the Golden Autumn is really beautiful, there are so many people, the hotel is really new enough, just at the entrance of the scenic spot, there is a 100-meter distance for parking, the whole is still very recommended.

My family drove to Nanjiang, and I booked this hotel for them. It was excellent. The entire room was smart, spacious, and clean. The front desk staff had a great attitude and even upgraded our room type. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for exploring and dining nearby. Breakfast was also good.

Clean and warm, the atmosphere is very good, the boss's cooking skills are also great! Stayed for a day and two nights, and visited the Micang Mountain Scenic Area in a comprehensive way. In the evening, I ate the Nanjiang special yellow mutton made by the boss in the store. It was fresh and tender, and the accommodation experience was great!

Nestled in the heart of Guangwu Mountain, the hotel feels like being immersed in a natural oxygen bar and ink painting, creating a truly comfortable and cozy experience. The staff's service was genuine and enthusiastic, from the proactive assistance of luggage to the warm greetings. The entire hotel environment was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and exuded the scent of sunshine. The bathrooms, with separate wet and dry areas, were immaculately clean. The amenities were also very complete. It was a truly wonderful stay and I'll definitely be back during the Red Leaf Festival.

The mountains and rivers are good, and the parking is opposite the door. The air is fresh and the environment is good, and you can see the scenery when you open the window. Overall, it's worth the money. It's an old hotel, but it has a grand presence. The rooms with private hot springs are also spacious. However, the facilities are rather old, the lighting is dim, and there was a sudden power outage while I was showering, which lasted for about 10 minutes, which was unpleasant. Also, the water in the toilet needs to be extended, which shows a lack of consideration in the previous renovations. The hot spring water is just warm; I don't know if it contains any trace elements.

The room was very comfortable and even had a balcony with mountain views. The owner was very nice and provided excellent service, even helping me purchase tickets for Guangwu Mountain and the cable car. The hotel was new, very clean, and had an excellent location, only a two-minute drive from the Guangwu Mountain scenic area.

The room is clean and tidy, and the sound insulation effect is OK. Although the weather outside is very cold, the room is very warm. The electric blankets are also complete.
