"A truly wonderful stay.
The bedding was comfortable and very clean, and they even provided a fruit plate.
Also, I had to get up early to catch the boat, and I forgot my pearl necklace at the hotel, unable to return to the hotel at sea. The front desk and service staff worked from 6:50 AM to 10 AM to help me find it and send it to the hotel. Absolutely amazing! A huge thumbs up to New Century Grand Hotel! 👍"

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel service was superb, and the staff were very professional. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, and the hotel even had a laundry room. The hotel's location inside a shopping mall makes it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and getting around. The room was fully equipped, clean, and had all the necessary amenities.
