"Five-star review, extremely satisfied with my stay! The lobby upon entering was neat and grand, and the book bar was quiet and comfortable, making waiting less boring. The room layout was well-designed with ample space, and the soft furnishings looked very pleasant. The bedding was skin-friendly, leading to a great night's sleep. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, and the wet/dry separation design was convenient to use. Room facilities were in good condition, and the Wi-Fi was stable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The overall hotel environment was clean, fresh, quiet, and not noisy. It's a great place to rest and recover from travel fatigue, and the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed in this hotel for a long time this time, and I really think it's good! You can see a small garden with green trees when you go out, which is very comfortable for a walk in the evening. The room is clean, the bed is soft, the window is well-lit, and the sound insulation is also good, so I slept soundly. The staff at the front desk are very kind, and they greeted me with a smile every time I came. The procedures were fast, and they helped me solve any needs. It was as comfortable as at home. Living here is worry-free and comfortable!"

"I am really satisfied with the room I chose this time 👍👍👍👍 The hotel lobby is light and luxurious, the villa area room is also very comfortable and relaxing, breakfast and dinner are very satisfactory, The nearby Muziye coffee place is also worth playing, the coffee is delicious, the scenery is beautiful Thanks to Narada Ambassador Xiaolu's intimate follow-up, any questions before and after check-in are patiently and meticulously answered, and the service is gentle and thoughtful. From the room environment to the courtyard private soup, every place makes people feel at home. It is very suitable for friends who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city and quiet vacation. It has been included in the second brush list!"

"Stayed at this hotel again. Great location and excellent service with very quick responses. The room facilities are smart, and a robot delivers items. A unique feature is the spring water provided for making tea, which tastes fresh, sweet, and delicious. Highly recommended!"

"This stay experience was really great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the meticulous service. The front desk staff was very welcoming, the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, and they even upgraded our room type. The room is spacious and bright, with a simple and elegant decoration style and complete facilities. The bedding is especially very comfortable and I slept soundly. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water and high-end toiletries. The hotel's breakfast has a rich variety and tastes very good. The service staff is friendly and always pays attention to the needs of the guests. In addition, the hotel's gym and swimming pool are also great, with complete facilities and elegant environment. The location is also very convenient, with many restaurants and shops around and convenient transportation. All in all, this stay was perfect and I highly recommend it to everyone! I will definitely choose here next time I come!"

"The hotel is a newly opened high-end brand, with large rooms, complete facilities and a rich afternoon tea. The hotel is located next to the Ponan Historical and Cultural District, and it is very convenient to take a walk at night. There is a water curtain light and shadow performance at 7:30 in the evening on the lake at the entrance of the hotel, which is very exciting."

"To be honest, it's too bad Facilities: The light switch is broken and cannot be turned off. It has been on all night and I cannot sleep. The curtains have fallen down and no one has repaired them. I am really impressed. The automatic curtains are broken and need to be pulled manually. The automatic toilet flushing is too stressful. *One thing, is there no one in the hotel to maintain, inspect and repair these things? Isn’t it true that the cleaning is not reported? Service: I basically go back and stay once a week, but this facility is getting more and more disappointing"

"Great hotel. Clean, tidy and bright, the staff is super kind. The breakfast is also quite delicious, the gym is concentrated on the negative first floor. It is highly recommended, warm and warm place."
