"This hotel near the foot of Mount Tai is a true gem! The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Zhang, was incredibly sweet and attentive. Check-in was a breeze, and she patiently explained all the hotel activities and breakfast times. Her warm service really elevated the entire experience. They even upgraded my room, gave me a complimentary breakfast, and a disposable bathtub liner. The housekeeping lady was also very prompt with her service. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is definitely worth trying; the 'Chilin' fish with fried tofu balls was a delicious and culturally unique dish. The hotel's garden design, shaped like a butterfly, is beautiful. The amenities are fantastic, with a mini-zoo featuring deer, alpacas, and peacocks, as well as lush pomegranate and hawthorn orchards. It's all very thoughtfully designed. I also tried the hotel's premium peaches, and they were excellent. This trip was definitely worth it, and I'll be staying here again next time I visit Mount Tai."

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Taishan Railway Station located approximately 15km away and Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport roughly 68km away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the bei tian men, Wuyue Duzun and Dome all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"The condition of the room was absolutely dreadful and dilapidated, with mould on walls and in the bathroom, multiple stains on the walls which looks like mud/blood/killed bugs, and the bathroom smelled really badly. We were given a room with blood stained duvet cover and bedsheets, which was promptly changed after we pointed it out. The only reason that I'm not leaving a one star review is because the receptionist was very kind and professional and he tried the best to sort out the bedsheet situation. We did not request a room change since even the corridors were messy and the courtyard was full of rubbish, so we assumed that the whole place would look like the room we were assigned, especially that we mentioned in our booking that we are on a honeymoon, so we expected to see some effort on hotel's side. The positives: kind staff, beautiful architecture (but the place is not cleaned often enough), central location so you don't have to climb more stairs as opposed to other hotels, free water and toiletries in the room (although I refused to shower in that bathroom), a beautiful location for the morning sunrise watching and a polite tour guide. I didn't have high expectations since I was keeping in mind that it's a place that's difficult to access, and I rarely leave bad reviews for any accommodation, but I think that it's needed to point out to the property what needs improving so they don't go out of business. I have no idea how on earth they have a 4* ranking. Perhaps we were given a low standard room, however, we went for one of the cheapest options and I was still more expensive than staying in a 5* hotel in Shanghai (that's where we were before)"

"The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance to Dai Temple and directly across from Tai'an Night Market. We arrived in the evening, dropped our luggage, and headed straight to the night market. We were there to hike Mount Tai, and the next day, a taxi to Tianwai Village took about 15 minutes. The high-speed rail station is about 30 minutes away! On check-in day, they even upgraded our room, and breakfast was good too. For this price and environment, I'm very satisfied."

"The hotel is a five-star property. Winta Liang at the front desk provided excellent service and even helped us with a room upgrade. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good, and the comfort level is great. They also have a self-service laundry room, which is a fantastic amenity. However, the public areas and elevators didn't have air conditioning in the mornings, which is something that needs improvement. The breakfast selection was limited and didn't seem to feature much local flavor; I suggest they work on that."

"Had a fantastic stay! Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly and polite. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no strange odors, and the bed was just the right firmness – I slept soundly all night. The shower experience was great with plenty of hot water. "This is arguably the best hotel in Mount Tai. It's quiet and peaceful, and the room materials are top-notch. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and as a vegetarian, I was able to eat my fill and enjoy it. The front desk staff are beautiful and kind, and Little Bao (my child) loved the breakfast. The service attitude was excellent, and the check-in experience was fantastic. The bathroom has both air conditioning and an exhaust fan. There's also an indoor swimming pool with a sauna, which Little Bao noticed when going for a swim. The hotel has many facilities and fun activities, but we were too tired to try most of them."

"This is my second time visiting Tai'an, and I chose to stay at this hotel again. It's conveniently located near Wanda Plaza and a night market, so finding food is a breeze. The breakfast was pretty good too, and all the staff provided service with a smile. The front desk lady even gave me a small souvenir charm, and another staff member kindly helped me check the operating status of the Mount Tai cable car. They were all very warm and helpful!"

"This trip to Mount Tai was absolutely worth it! I have to tell you all about this guesthouse. Due to some reasons, we planned to take our three kids to Sanya for a while. Shenyang was just too cold. We'd already paid for the plane tickets and accommodation, but our eldest child had a broken nose and needed surgery, and couldn't fly afterward… So what to do? My husband and I thought we'd drive to Dali, and our eldest could stay behind after surgery and catch the high-speed train to join us. So, we set off with the two little ones. We passed through Mount Tai and saw this guesthouse on Ctrip. We loved it at first sight. The location was perfect. It's halfway up the mountain along the main road to Mount Tai, easy to drive and find. There are plenty of restaurants around, and Mount Tai is just a few minutes' drive away – super convenient. We arrived after 10 pm, a bit chilly, but as soon as we entered, they had already turned on the air conditioning and the underfloor heating was warm and cozy. They were so thoughtful! They even told us where we could go for activities. In short, we definitely made the right choice! Hygiene: I have to mention the hygiene; it was absolutely super, super clean. The cleaning lady was constantly sweeping and wiping with a broom and rag. I was sitting in the hotel courtyard with my child, enjoying the sun, and I saw her coming and going. I said my child was crawling all over the place, and it was so clean, I should rest for a while. The cleaning lady honestly said she'd keep cleaning so the child could play comfortably. Oh my… I was so touched, it was wonderful! 🥹 The room's cleanliness goes without saying. The windows were sparkling clean, and I even checked the mirror – mirrors are usually never wiped! The attention to detail was truly remarkable! The facilities were also complete: TV, central air conditioning, baby water purifier, hair dryer – all new and spotless. Even the floors were marble, and the bathroom fixtures were all brand names! Environment: The courtyard was very quiet, probably because it was just our family there, and school had started. The morning sunlight, birdsong, and rooster crows made for a wonderfully peaceful day. Service: The day we arrived, they told us there would be breakfast the next morning, complimentary, and that we could eat whenever we woke up – a very thoughtful touch! ☺️ The next morning at 9 am, I told the cook we could eat, and she said she'd serve it right away! Without any hesitation, I can't say for sure that when you're traveling, you can't eat whenever you want like you would at home, right? But this courtyard made it feel like home. They even specially made pancakes for my daughter, who is a little over a year old and has allergies. I was really touched. I think the breakfast was excellent; a positive attitude is so important. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me these past two days! This guesthouse is truly a gem! Comparing all the guesthouses I've stayed at in Qinhuangdao, this one is amazing. My daughter and son's socks were all black after we stayed here, but here they're crawling all over the place, and the staff will even play with them and chat. I can tidy up here without worrying about them getting lost, dirty, or falling. Thank you again to the guesthouse for taking such good care of my two little ones! We'll definitely come back again! Wishing the aunties happiness and the owner booming business—kind people naturally bring good fortune!"

"Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff was doing a great job. The location was conveniently located close to the Mount Tai's Tianwai Cun visitor center. Breakfast was okay. One morning, there were many guests at breakfast, so all the foods were gone and we had to wait 10 minutes for new foods. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again."

Just as I've reviewed before, the photos match the actual room perfectly. What surprised me most was the design of the bathtub. The room also had a weight scale, body lotion, and laundry detergent. After climbing Mount Tai (from Hongmen to Zhongtianmen, Nantianmen, and Yuhuangding), even after a massage (there's a spa downstairs with an 18% discount for guests) and stretching, my thighs were still sore. A hot bath was incredibly soothing. Not immersing my lower body completely really helped with lactic acid dissipation, allowing me to continue climbing the East Imperial Road the next morning. On the B2 level, there's a chain restaurant (Lucai Gen), and their double meal is more than enough. There's also a gym and a laundry room. I also asked the front desk if I could heat up my packed food in the staff microwave, which was great! The breakfast also featured local specialties like jianbing with green onions and qiangguo noodles. Very good! If I come to Mount Tai again, I'll definitely stay here.

The guesthouse is perfectly situated at the foot of Mount Tai, just a short walk from the Hongmen Visitor Center. Our room was spotless and cozy, the small courtyard was wonderfully quiet, and the overall design was quite tasteful (I regret forgetting to take photos!). The owner is incredibly warm and cheerful, and even kindly offered pick-up and drop-off service near Hongmen. We had planned to climb the mountain the following day, but the weather forecast predicted rain, making us worried about our itinerary. To our relief, the owner checked a cloud map, confidently assured us it wouldn't rain, and even helped us plan the perfect route. True to their word, the next day was beautifully cool and refreshing, resulting in an absolutely fantastic experience. Thanks to contacting the owner in advance for some excellent packing advice, we were well-prepared and didn't have to carry any unnecessary luggage. Overall, a truly wonderful stay!

Great location! After hiking Mount Tai, I got to the hotel in a flash. There are plenty of food options nearby, so I had a satisfying meal. The water temperature in the hotel was perfect for a nice, refreshing shower. The hotel was quiet, and I slept soundly until morning. It's also very close to the high-speed train station, just a few minutes walk to get inside. What a wonderful trip!

I am very grateful to the hotel front desk staff for their warm service, and to the hotel kitchen chef for preparing a rich breakfast for us, which made us feel at home while on a business trip. If we have the opportunity to come to beautiful Xintai, we will definitely visit this warm hotel again.

This hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating! My room was incredibly spacious, and they even upgraded my room type and gave a complimentary breakfast for my child, which had a great variety. The night view from the 24th floor was amazing. There's a mall nearby with a popular stir-fried chicken place (expect a queue!), and a small night market. The hotel has an adjoining ground-level parking lot; just give your license plate number to the front desk when you leave, and parking is free, which is super convenient. Even though prices went up during the May Day holiday, it was still very reasonably priced compared to other hotels. If you come during off-peak times, the value for money would be exceptional. The only minor downside is the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. It felt a bit odd, especially since they provided a Dyson hairdryer – you'd expect a standard amenity like a fridge. The hotel is about 9 kilometers from Tianwai Village at Mount Tai, roughly a 20-minute drive. You can park at Taishan Hospital, which is right across from Tianwai Village. Just make sure to park before 7:30 AM.

I was incredibly lucky to book a room during the peony blooming season. The moment I entered the courtyard, I was greeted by the intoxicating fragrance of flowers. The design and arrangement of the courtyard's small bridge, flowing water, and greenery were truly delightful. The service was excellent; the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While the breakfast wasn't extensive, it was delicious, and it was the energy that sustained me through my 7-hour hike up and down the mountain. The hotel environment is very tranquil, and it's very close to the Lihongmen trailhead—only 18 minutes from the ticket gate—a perfect warm-up after breakfast. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience and highly recommend staying at the courtyard in mid-April; it truly is a garden bursting with the fragrance of flowers!

The location is indeed quite convenient, and the environment is decent. As for the facilities, they're just okay – the first ten seconds of water from the bathtub faucet were rusty red. My biggest complaint, however, is about their 'free shuttle service.' If you don't offer it, don't advertise it. If you do, then actually provide it. I booked twice. The first time, they said the driver had finished for the day. The second time, they claimed they couldn't pick me up due to weather conditions. Is bad weather really an excuse? Do your drivers only operate electric vehicles or something?

The room was very clean and I slept great. The breakfast was also very generous (I cleaned my plate, this picture was just taken before I finished eating). All in all, I have no complaints, and the price is very reasonable. I passed by this hotel many times as a child, and I finally decided to come and experience it myself.

The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good. It is possible that they did not estimate the capacity to receive guests at one time before the trial operation, and the equipment was not debugged at full capacity, resulting in insufficient staff. We checked in at 2:30 but entered the room at 5:00. Moreover, the next morning, the shower gel had run out of water, which caused chaos. The front desk did not answer the phone and there was no emergency measures when we went to look for them. They just said sorry, which is really wrong. Moreover, when faced with questioning, the front desk clerk became annoyed and said that she couldn't communicate with her and asked to contact her leader. In the end, it was the store manager who came forward to resolve the issue, and the store manager handled it relatively promptly. The first experience was not good.

The rooms are relatively new; the dorm room is a 20-person room, converted from a large hotel suite. 2. No toiletries, no towels, no slippers, no power outlets by the bed. Everything is based on roughing it for one night on the mountaintop. 3. The bedding wasn't damp, but some beds didn't have sheets, probably because the bedding wasn't changed and washed in time. For 100 yuan, it's already considered good value for money. 👦🏻 Service: Average. The staff are all young, handsome guys, handling check-in and check-out normally. 🚫 Cons: 1. It's already great to have a hotel like this on the mountaintop, and it offers good value for money. 💡 Tips: 1. Book in advance, as both rooms and beds are highly sought after. 2. There's an in-house restaurant, and a small shop next to the front desk on the first floor. ❗ This is an honest review based on my personal expense, and the above represents only my personal opinion.
