"The hotel has a great location and is well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was lovely. It was a wonderful memory in Taitung."

"Super cozy accommodation. We originally only booked a four-person room without specifying a parent-child room. The housekeeper saw that we had three children under the age of 7 and specially arranged a parent-child room for us. Thank you very much. It really helped us a lot. The room also comes with snacks, mineral water and FIN. There is also instant heated filtered water in the common area on the first floor, and a water softener is specially installed for bathing. Free bicycle rides are also provided. It's a very thoughtful place to stay. I'll stay here again next time I have the chance. The accompanying breakfast is also of a very high standard. Jusen's breakfast corn soup and French slices are really great."

"Worst welcome I ever had to a hotel. Duty manager refused to let me leave my day bag at reception to allow me to collect 2 heavy suitcases from my previous hotel nearby before checking in, ye having verified my reservation. This left a hugely bad taste in my mouth that soured the next three nights at this place. Billed as 4 star but 3 at best. Room cleaning not done thoroughly, gym is tiny with broken equipment and only light weights. Mugs provided in room are so small that they are not suitable for the drip coffee bags they provide. If only they would give a spoon to stir the coffee with! AC in room does not go below 22 degrees centigrade in Auto mode. Staff are all uptight and clearly not enjoying their work - bad working environment evidently, no surprise judging by the duty manager’s attitude. All I got from the receptionist at check-out was a dry “OK”. I will not be returning."

"Originally, I booked an economy quad room, but I was upgraded to a standard quad room, which had a window and a larger space, not just a shared bunk bed setup. The most attractive feature of this hotel is that it offers breakfast, lunch, snacks, and late-night supper. Basically, you can eat your fill here without spending a dime! 🤣 The breakfast was very satisfying with a wide variety of delicious options, and the late-night supper was also very generous, even offering 'Mi Tai Mu' (Hakka thick rice noodles) and instant noodles that you can cook yourself. What's more, the air conditioning seemed to have some kind of air freshener added, so the room always smelled pleasant. The hotel's location is very close to Taitung City center, Tiehua Village, and Zhengqi Road, but it's not noisy. We stayed on the 9th floor, and the soundproofing from outside was pretty good. However, the soundproofing between rooms was just average; sometimes, you could hear sounds from the adjacent rooms. The only minor drawback is the underground parking lot. It's quite small and a bit old, requiring a car lift to go down. The underground parking was converted from mechanical parking to flat spaces, so the parking spots are limited and it's a bit intimidating. Aside from that, it seems you can also choose to park in an outdoor parking lot that the hotel partners with. However, both the outdoor and underground parking are first-come, first-served until full. If there's no space, you'll have to find and pay for parking yourself. Overall, if I come to Taitung again, I would still choose this hotel."

"The location is excellent, just a 3-5 minute walk from the bus stop. Many famous local eateries are nearby, like fried chicken, bubble tea shops, and the rice noodle night market, all within easy reach. This is my fourth stay, and this time I was assigned a room next to the elevator, but thankfully, it didn't bother me. As a light sleeper, I found the bed's firmness just right and comfortable, though the pillow was a bit too soft, and I had to adjust it quite a bit to get comfortable. For my two-night stay, I received a late-night snack voucher on the first day but not on the second (last time I stayed two nights, I got one both days, maybe it was due to a different room rate?). Overall, the space for one person is sufficient. My only real complaint is the bathroom. When brushing my teeth, I had to bend down to avoid hitting the mirror, otherwise, water would splash on the floor. And when showering, I had to be careful not to bump into things when turning around (this wasn't an issue in the twin room I stayed in last time). Despite these minor points, it will still be my top choice when I visit Taitung again."

"This resort is very outdated. Needs a major upgrade. It has old resort smell and the bathroom of the room we had stayed we’re not clean and needed repairs done. The spa was okay and it was weird to have residential building nearby to look over the spa swimming pool. The facility looks old and empty. There are residential buildings around but no restaurants nor eatery nearby, only one 7-11. However, the staffs were wonderful, and we appreciate their help working with us to accommodate our request."

"Overall, the hotel is generally good, especially for the spa and hot spring service. However, the hotel is quite dated and some of its facilities are quite old. The pillows in the room is very flat and hard to sleep on. For the location, the hotel is located quite far away from Zhiben Station so travelling to the resort can be quite a hassle. But the hotel does provide free shuttle service but you have to pre book beforehand."

"The hotel switched my reservation to another hotel without prior notification due to its renovation process. It added extra complications to our experience. The hotel was not bad and location was good too. It’ll be better if the communication was handled in a more efficient manner."
