"Pool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed. Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door. Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes. 2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor. Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately."

"I rarely leave messages on the app. But this one makes me want to leave a message to encourage I read the comments and everyone said the facilities are old There was nothing like that when I got to the room. It was very exotic. The facilities are not in the condition described in the reviews, it's really great My wife and kids said it was great! In addition, the breakfast the next day was also delicious! I ate a lot of twice-cooked pork and fried chicken thighs that day. Especially the chicken thighs, they are exactly the same as those in teppanyaki restaurants! Really great! The toilet is separated into wet and dry areas and is very clean. You can also see from the mirror that the hotel is very attentive in its management. "Overall, the hotel is generally good, especially for the spa and hot spring service. However, the hotel is quite dated and some of its facilities are quite old. The pillows in the room is very flat and hard to sleep on. For the location, the hotel is located quite far away from Zhiben Station so travelling to the resort can be quite a hassle. But the hotel does provide free shuttle service but you have to pre book beforehand."

"Hotel location is superb. But I personally like the most of this hotel is their buffet breakfast. It’s one of the best breakfast I ever had in taitong hotels given this was my 5th trip to taitung in last 3 years. The buffet breakfast is well prepared, so many different varieties of food and the staffs provided top notch service to all customers Highly recommended Fish hotel, best local chain"

"This homestay near Taitung Railway Station, the boss was very happy to welcome us, and also specially arranged the room on the first floor to cooperate with the elders to facilitate access. Although it is the living room on the first floor, the sound insulation effect is really good. Set up more sound insulation, very intimate"

"This was my first time staying here. The room and lobby were very clean. I found the breakfast more Chinese-style. It was delicious, and the restaurant environment was also very nice. The hot springs and swimming pools were great; I really loved them. The facilities are quite extensive, and I loved the hot springs, pool, and spa. The hot springs were simply wonderful. I'll definitely be back. There's a convenience store nearby, so it's quite convenient for shopping."

"The service at this hotel was outstanding; I absolutely loved it. The breakfast spread offered a huge variety, making it very accommodating for different dietary preferences. They also had family-friendly activities, like the hands-on experience of pounding traditional rice cakes (nian gao)."

"The check-in time that day was around 21 o'clock to 22 o'clock. Although it was a bit late, the boss still entertained us very warmly and helped us park the car. Until we were about to check out the next day, we asked the boss where to buy local specialty products recommended by the boss. He was also very nice in answering any questions we had. Although I forgot to take photos of the B&B, I think if I come to Taitung next time and the place to visit is nearby, I should just book it without saying a word or even thinking about it🤣🤣 Thank you boss for the snack supply😄"

"Only stayed for a few hours for a meeting. Everything I needed was there. The room had a cooler box instead of a real fridge, and instant noodles were provided for a late-night snack. The front desk lobby is currently undergoing renovations, looking forward to seeing the new look!"
