The Xinshe Hotel (Chungli Branch) is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Taoyuan, having been recently renovated in 2023. With Neili Station just 4km away and Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport only 22km away, transportation is very convenient. The closest major public transportation, Zhongli Sports Park Metro Station, is only 100m away. With multiple attractions nearby including Chungli, Zhongli Tourist Night Market and Zhongping Road Story House, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"This hotel is rated five-star, but the rooms feel more like a four-star experience. Comfortable, but lacking a certain luxury. The price would be fair if it were positioned as a four-star hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast; it offered a good variety and tasted delicious, comparable to the Landis Hotel I stayed at the day before. It had more options but no smoked salmon. Pros: Good for an overnight stay near the airport, with a 25-minute bus ride to the terminal. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though the glossy duvet cover and sheets felt a bit low-end. Cons: The room facilities are quite old, probably a 15-year-old renovation. There are no power outlets by the bedside, so you have to use the hotel's slow charging device. Light leaks through the top of the curtains because the tracks aren't overlapped. The bathroom fan doesn't have an off button, but luckily, closing the door mostly blocks the sound. I was in a hurry checking in and out, so I didn't take any photos of the hotel. The picture is of a small fish tank on the hotel restaurant table, which was a nice little surprise."

"My stay at Monarch Plaza Hotel in Taoyuan was fantastic overall! The cleanliness was exceptional; the room was spotless and very comfortable, which made me feel completely at ease. The environment is elegant and grand, with public areas beautifully decorated, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from check-in to check-out, and very quick to respond to any requests. The facilities are comprehensive and modern; both the bedding comfort and bathroom amenities were excellent, completely exceeding my expectations. Even though it was just a two-night stay, I truly felt the hotel's dedication and quality. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to staying again!"

"The Holiday Inn, located 150 meters from the Sheraton, opened last year and is much newer than the Sheraton. Both hotels are in a rather inconvenient location, with only two convenience stores (a Seven and a Family Mart) nearby. There are no decent restaurants, large supermarkets, or shopping centers – it's practically in the middle of nowhere with no amenities! The air conditioning in my room only blew cold air. Even with the outdoor temperature being low, the display showed 17-18°C, and I woke up feeling cold every night. The breakfast buffet, however, was excellent. It offered a wide variety of delicious food and was the only redeeming quality of my three-day, two-night stay. They offer airport shuttle services daily, but you need to book a day in advance (same-day bookings are rejected)."

Was also weird that I was told hotel appears to have strict check in/check out times, and does not have late checkout policy (even when offered to pay for late check out till late afternoon). Was told that 1 hour extension will also be at full day rate.

The hotel is only 2km from Taoyuan and 16km from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. Seeing Taoyuan's sights from this hotel is easy with Taoyuanshizhonglu Sports Park, Taoyuan Gospel Lutheran Church and Fenghe Park all close by. "Hotel is within walking distance of the famous Taoyuan night market and there are eateries nearby for breakfast. Room is quiet and clean and free parking is available though it's hard to find as it's at the back of the hotel but it's free parking. Ideal location to stay if you are interested in tour around Taoyuan and its night markets! Photo shown is a nearby local steak house with free flow drinks and soup and fruits in the Taoyuan night market. "

"From the moment we checked in, the three gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful, as were the staff who cleaned our room. However, I have to mention that this morning, as we were in a rush, I asked the restaurant host if we could get a to-go box for one of our meals. He said no, which felt a bit unaccommodating. It would be great if they could improve on that. All in all, I continue to love the Fullon Hotel. Thanks again to all the front desk staff."

GGuest UserThis hotel was recommended to me by AI, which said it had a good rating. I was traveling alone for business, but when I booked, there were no king rooms left, so I had to settle for a twin room. To my surprise, the room was incredibly spacious – so much so that it made me a little uneasy. There was a small incident when I checked in: my room was the very last one at the end of the hallway. Even though I went in, I just felt uncomfortable sitting in the room. As a single woman on a business trip in Taiwan, I decided to request a room change. I got a much better room closer to the elevator and more in the middle of the floor. It's only a 10-minute walk to the High-Speed Rail station and MRT station from here. Across the street, there's a Pxmart supermarket and a small noodle shop, both of which serve really tasty food. The food in the shopping mall, however, was both expensive and unappetizing.

Please take note that you may incur charges if you left luggage at hotel overnight, Room that allocated to us with huge bath tub with jacuzzi. The bath room size about one third of room size.

GGuest UserThe soundproofing is excellent, making it very quiet, which is a blessing for light sleepers. They also provide complimentary water, biscuits, desserts, coffee, and tea. Surprisingly, there's even popcorn and instant noodles! As soon as you enter, you can feel how thoughtful the hotel is. It's also conveniently located, just a seven-minute walk from the MRT station. I highly recommend this place; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taoyuan.

Is convenient to travel to other cities as there is a metro station downstairs.
Hotel amenities not up to standard thus low rate given, and already feedback to the staff. There was a crackline on the window, the TV was so special that we could not get back to the TV channel; and the bidget is not functioning properly.
Overall, is ok if need a good wash up and rest before the early flight. Great sunrise & airport views! (In the photo you can see the cracked line of the window 😅).

CChen Hsin YiEven though it was a non-smoking room, there was a lingering smell of third-hand smoke. The sofa had noticeable dirt in its crevices that hadn't been cleaned, and the decor felt a bit dated. However, the hardware facilities were comfortable, and the breakfast selection was quite decent. It's definitely worth the price, and the location right next to Zhongli Night Market is excellent.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley,here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.

Lljh1I stayed here with my two children after a red-eye flight. To my surprise, they even prepared wine for us, and the kids loved their cute amenities! It was truly a wonderful stay. The swimming pool also has a spa, which was perfect for both adults and children to enjoy together. It was the best!

CCharleeeI arrived late and left early, the hotel was clean and had everything you needed for an overnight transit stay. The man at reception could have been a bit friendlier though.
Also there was a very loud running water sound that lasted all night, I think either the plumbing or AC upstairs was making a strange noise. But after a while I didn’t notice the noise.
The hotel helped me book a taxi back to the airport which was 200 TWD. It’s very close to the airport, it took 3 minutes by car in the morning.
I didn’t try the breakfast.

MMac Mac FaiThe room wasn't new and felt a bit dated. We also found there weren't enough charging outlets, and the TV wasn't a smart TV. However, the staff were polite. Regarding the hotel's location, it can be quite inconvenient if you're traveling with large luggage and need to take a bus from Taoyuan Train Station. I'd advise finding out about the bus stops closer to the hotel beforehand. Unfortunately, an adjacent building was undergoing exterior maintenance during our stay, and the noise disrupted our rest in the room.
