"This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as the best in Zhejiang's ancient towns. While the entrance isn't grand, it holds a charming secret within. The hotel boasts an inner courtyard with a covered bridge, and from my window, I could gaze upon a picturesque scene of small bridges, flowing water, and lotus ponds. The intricate eaves, carved windows, stacked tiles, and dark walls perfectly encapsulate the ambiance of a Jiangnan village, especially when strolling through the alleys in a light drizzle. This hotel provided me with the most beautiful ancient town experience. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The welcome fruit wasn't just a couple of apples and cherry tomatoes; it was a selection of premium fruits. The bedding felt like high-end sateen cotton, though I'm no expert, I could tell it was of excellent quality. There were even multiple pillow options. The room was spotlessly clean, which is a huge plus for me as I'm a bit of a clean freak and have high standards for hygiene – this place passed with flying colors. Breakfast needed to be reserved a day in advance. While the variety wasn't extensive, every dish was exquisite and catered to both Chinese and Western tastes. The personalized butler service was excellent; Grace was available 24/7, ready to assist with any questions I had, both inside and outside the hotel. The hotel's location is right in the middle of Wuzhen's West Scenic Zone (Xizha). Although it's on a street, it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this place."

"I highly recommend Wuzhen Eryou Homestay! The hostess is beautiful and kind, always ready to help with any questions or requests, and she's both enthusiastic and thoughtful. She proactively shared travel tips for Wuzhen. I was traveling with my child, and the hostess went out of her way to help with all sorts of little things; the service was incredibly heartwarming. The homestay is clean and quiet, very close to the scenic area, and the comfort level is excellent. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation in Wuzhen, and I'll be back again next time!"

"I traveled around Suzhou and Hangzhou with my mother, who is over 70, visiting Tongli, Zhouzhuang, Nanxun, and Wuzhen. Wuzhen was our favorite ancient town, and staying at the Wuzhen Disun Resort Hotel truly exceeded our expectations! The hotel facilities are new, with great attention to detail, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The lobby, rooms, and even the pool were spotless, as if they had just been cleaned, with floors so polished they shone. Everywhere you walked, there was the scent of flowers. My mother enjoys watching the Grand Canal, so I specifically chose Building 3 for its canal view. The room featured a wet/dry separation, a standalone bathtub with disposable bath liners, a full set of L'Occitane toiletries, a Dyson hairdryer, and more. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, including freshly made pasta and warm croissants. There's also an infinity pool overlooking the Grand Canal and the White Lotus Pagoda. The service was incredibly thoughtful: luggage was delivered directly to our room, and we had unlimited free rides on the scenic area shuttle bus. After checking in, we could enter and exit the Xizha scenic area unlimited times just by facial recognition. Staying at a hotel within the scenic area means fewer tourists in the mornings and evenings, making it perfect for photos."

"The hotel's lobby is very grand, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The rooms are well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, and they answer questions very thoroughly. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"A Wonderful and Peaceful Stay in the Heart of Wuzhen The hotel is located inside the Wuzhen resort, right in the middle of the main walking street, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Despite its central location, the hotel is set within a fairly large compound, and our second-floor room was charming, peaceful and very quiet. Our room was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were assigned a personal assistant, Xiaojing (小静), who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We connected with her through WeChat, so we could contact her anytime with questions about the hotel or arrangements within the resort. She took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived until our departure. Breakfast was also excellent, with a choice of three different set menus. We especially loved the fish noodles! The luggage porter service was extremely convenient too—we simply left our luggage with the staff, and it was transported through the resort and delivered directly to our room. Overall, we had a wonderful and highly satisfying stay. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuzhen.
