"I was on a business trip to Weishan Ancient Town for a few days and was attracted to this guesthouse by the pictures on its homepage. The reality was exactly the same as the pictures – very nice and full of ancient charm! The old wooden building with its arched doorways, the small pond in the courtyard with koi, and the many potted plants in the yard all showed how carefully they've been maintained! What impressed me most was the staff's attitude. They greeted me whenever I came or went, and even shared fruit and roasted tea – it felt as relaxed as visiting a friend's house! They also promptly helped resolve any small issues (superb!)."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is really clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped, and well located. The host is very kind and welcoming. He speaks english and is always available to provide helpful information, assist in any way he can, or just to have a chat. Weishan is also a lovely and peaceful place. "We loved the interior decor, the proximity to the ancient town, and how clean and comfortable the room was. The BnB provides free breakfast vouchers at a local noodle stall in the ancient town, and it was an incredible meal. Appreciated the free room upgrade and the BnB for watching our bags after our check-out time! Shoutout to the friendly and enthusiastic ladyboss, who sent us a suggested itinerary in advance of our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Wei Shan!"

"I wanted to lie down in Lushan for two days during the holiday. I saw the bright floor-to-ceiling windows of this homestay. When I found out that it was really the same as the net map, it was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was included. The most intimate thing is that the disposable items are very complete, and the ones I bring are basically useless. The homestay is a 2-minute walk from the ancient city. The whole ancient city is really quiet. There are not many people on the stone road. The most convenient thing is that there are yellow small motorcycles and shared bicycles. Some of the points that you want to go are not far away. The street lights are also very bright at night. I am not afraid at all. It's really comfortable to stroll around here quietly for a while."

"The service was good, the staff were welcoming, and the noodles for breakfast were delicious. The only problem was the strong, persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the room, and the decor was old and a bit dated. The location is good, not far from the ancient city, bus station, and high-speed rail station—a 15-minute walk."

"Weishan is truly a hidden gem, and this homestay we chose is just as wonderful! The location is perfect, right next to Mengyang Park, with fresh air and the sound of birds. It's a five-minute walk to the Avant-Garde Bookstore and also five minutes to the ancient city. When we arrived, the lovely lady at the front desk saw we were staying for three nights and said she wanted to make us more comfortable, so she upgraded our room for free. That was incredibly thoughtful! The double sinks were super convenient for two people, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable with excellent hot water. Every day, fresh fruit was delivered, and we could enjoy complimentary coffee. The breakfast card let us try famous local dishes like Lao Wang's Guojiang Ersi and Su Laosan's Yigen Mian nearby. All the ladies at the front desk were so enthusiastic and attentive. This was a very satisfying homestay experience, and I've already recommended it to friends who are visiting soon!"

"I loved my stay there. Luxury in an old remote town. USB chargers had turbo mode. Curtains perfectly blocked the light. Hot shower with proper water pressure. However, toilet was annoying. It is as loud as one on the airplane, and auto flushes as soon as you move a little bit. Otherwise it would be 5 stars for amenities too. Service was great, and I can easily compare it to 4 stars hotels in big cities. For a foreigner, check in took about 40 seconds, which is super fast. Roof has a nice terrace with tables."
