The room was spacious with a great ambiance, and it came with a private hot spring bath, so I didn't have to use the public one, which offered excellent privacy. The hotel environment was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle; it was incredibly peaceful at night, allowing me to sleep soundly. The soundproofing in the room is terrible. There's a motion-sensor light at the entrance that kept turning on intermittently before 12:30 AM due to noise, which severely disrupted my sleep. The shower gel and shampoo had a really unpleasant smell, and the toothpaste tasted like disinfectant."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. It's very convenient as it's close to the exam location. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the Chinese breakfast items were particularly good and delicious. Although it's an older property, the staff are quite prompt in resolving issues. I stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub, which was great for immediate soaking and relaxation – a really thoughtful design. The bathroom even had amenities like body lotion. It's peak season now, and the hotel is almost fully booked. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the edge of Wentang Town and quite close to the Tourist Service Center. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future stays."

"I came here on vacation with my mom to explore this town. The hotel environment isn't the most luxurious I've stayed in, but it's quiet and clean. Most importantly, it's convenient – there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. The hotel even prepared a little birthday surprise for me, which was totally unexpected and very thoughtful. The service definitely seems to be aiming for high-end; everyone was smiling, and their etiquette and service were excellent!! I wanted to upload more photos, but unfortunately, my phone died and got water damaged after a day out, so I had to use my work phone for these emergency shots. Anyway, that's it. A heartfelt thank you! The young lady at the front desk with glasses was very pretty 😉 and enthusiastic. I hope to see her again if I come back to visit!"

Amazing 2 night stay in Wentang, this hotel is fairly new and boutique design. The in suite tub was a nice feature. Walking distance to everything in the village and short walk right outside from the hotel along the riverside. They even have a small Landry machine in the room. The service and attentions from the host/ Reception was top notch! Gave us tips and recommendations during our stay along with bringing the breakfast to our room. I would choose a place like this over the big corporate chain hotels.

They also help to put on non-woven toilet pads, which are very good! However, the floor drain has serious water seepage. After taking a shower, the three floor drains in the entire bathroom are oozing water, and the entire bathroom is wet. We basically don’t go to the bathroom after taking a shower every day. **Awesome pet-friendly private hot spring hotel! Will definitely stay again! ** This stay was really great! The room was very spacious, clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and warm. The most surprising thing was that there were two private hot spring pools in the room - one was outdoors, where you could enjoy the natural scenery while soaking in the hot spring; the other was indoors, which was very private and you could relax at any time. This spa hotel is amazing! The hot spring area has a great environment, clear water and a suitable temperature, which makes people relax physically and mentally. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are also new and clean. The service is impeccable, the staff are warm and thoughtful, and always meet our needs in a timely manner. Parking is also convenient, with ample parking spaces.
