Ξενοδοχεία με πρωινό σε Cuenca

It was an amazing experience, great service, room and breakfast

Excellent place.    Very unique

This hotel is very beautiful, like the ancient castle is very classical, elegant and beautiful, the service is very good, very intimate, and also sent us to the airport for free. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is very convenient to go shopping and eat.

Located near the attractions, easy to play. I applied for a quiet room on the platform, but I could hear a group of footballers talking in the corridor. On the 3rd floor, the WiFi signal is particularly poor and needs to be reconnected many times, whether in the room or in the lobby. The quilt in the room was very thin and cold enough to wear down to sleep. The bathroom toiletries are individually boxed and very advanced. There is no hot water in the bath at night, and the warm water is difficult to boil. Fortunately, I stayed for one night. Breakfast is very rich, lunch and dinner are also available on the first floor, the price is medium, acceptable, and the product can be produced.

The manager Fredrick is the nice young man that will help you with all kinds of problems that might occur in Cuenca. He is super dedicated to his job and he is always there. Hard working and friendly. The hotel is a colonial mansion with all the modern amenities. No need for electronics to alter the nostalgic look and feel. I told Fredric that I will go back he told me it will be peak so call ahead. Looks like I won’t be able to I’m sorry.

A sweet deal for $25/night in mid July 2026. Great customer service, good location, and some of the staff speak English. The rooms were mostly comfortable even for a tall person. Decent hot water and pressure in the showers (but slow and sometimes clogged drainage), televisions in the rooms that don't work as intended, reliable wifi albeit slow, nice views from the windows, free coffee water and tea, broken/malfunctioning lamps and lights in the rooms. The hotel sits on one end of a public square with just about everything you'd need on a daily basis within walking distance.

Great location staff and breakfast, would stay there again.

Staff was excellent, food was delicious and service for anything was great! Internet was terrible though, the only flaw for my work.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, the staff very pleasant and attentive. That disappoints me, because one is done to the idea of what you see in the photos, the variety, and the extent of the spaces ... are misleading photos, it seems that the photo corresponds to some special event or of hotel incursion, but currently the The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. On the other hand, if you are driving a car, it is quite annoying and uncomfortable because the hotel doesn't have its own parking. You must know in advance that you will have to pay extra $5 in the night from 8pm to 8pm and if you spend one, two hours because it's extra $1 per hour and if you want to go to the center to know, then you must pay for leaving your car there. and if you have to get down Your baggage and other things ... you have to take or walk with all this a square further.
