"We arrived in Sapa before 7 AM via the Hk Sleeping Bus, and the office was incredibly chaotic and crowded. We had pre-requested a hotel drop-off service, but it was so busy that we considered just walking, as Google Maps showed our hotel was only a 10-minute walk from the office. We decided to wait a bit longer for the drop-off service, and it's a good thing we did – that walk would have been impossible! Sapa has narrow streets, lots of steep inclines, and many construction sites. If we had just walked without knowing, it could have been a real problem. Anyway, despite being on a slope, the hotel staff greeted us warmly and happily stored our luggage for free. The room was spacious and in great condition. My only minor complaint is that there was no toilet paper holder, which was a bit inconvenient. Don't expect much from breakfast. The location, however, is excellent. Sapa Station is very close, and we only took a taxi to Cat Cat Village; everything else was within walking distance. For Cat Cat, I recommend using Grab. We asked the hotel to call a taxi for us, and I feel the driver overcharged us significantly. For our departure, we had also requested a pickup. When the scheduled pickup time approached and the bus hadn't arrived, the staff members personally contacted the bus company to confirm and reassured us. Thank you, everyone! ^^"

"Great views. The breakfast was quite tasty. The only downsides were some dusty surfaces in the room (phone, nightstand). The staff were wonderful; they responded late at night and allowed us to check in early the next morning for a small extra charge. There was always hot water with good pressure. You can leave your luggage downstairs before/after check-in/check-out. The location is practically in the city center, but the hotel is on a hill, so if you're walking, you'll need to go uphill (if that's important to you). We used Grab taxis. There's an elevator. Yes, the neighbor's rooster crows, but it's not too disruptive, and it crows in the morning when it's time to wake up anyway."

We had a wonderful stay at Pistachio Hotel Sapa. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The room was comfortable, and the highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
Sapa itself is a destination that is truly worth visiting. The weather is cool and refreshing, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed visiting Cat Cat Village and Fansipan, both of which were beautiful and memorable experiences. The fresh mountain air, amazing landscapes, and peaceful atmosphere made our trip very enjoyable.
One small issue was that there appeared to be construction work taking place nearby, possibly for new hotels or shops. During the daytime, especially around noon, the noise could be quite loud, making it difficult to take an afternoon nap. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Pistachio Hotel Sapa as well as Sapa itself to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. The beautiful views, pleasant climate, and excellent hotel facilities made this a memorable holiday."

"Delasol's Chapa Brasserie Restaurant's breakfast buffet has an impressive spread divided into different stations. First is the hot coffee/tea and other beverage station. Succeeded by a table of cold cuts, cheese appetizer and salads. Next station is the breads, pastries and pancake corner. Followed by the highly patronized Hot counter for made to order Pho and Egg dishes. h other local dishes but leaned more on international cuisine. Finally the main course array with a line up of asian oriented dishes are enough for every palate to enjoy in the morning.
Stepping inside, we were greeted with a meticulously indochine inspired dining hall with wood and leather studded chairs.
The showstopper is floor to ceiling glass windows which have a panoramic view of mist shrouded mountain range further adding to the enjoyment of the dining experience."

"It's about a 15-minute walk from the center of Sapa. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, massage parlors, and other amenities nearby. Check-in is at the Terravia Hotel, and the actual accommodation is accessed by taking the elevator down from the adjacent coffee shop. The room was spacious and clean. You can see a beautiful view of Sapa from the reception lobby."

"I really loved this hotel: a deluxe room with a mountain view. But the hotel is situated in such a way that it's surrounded by mountains on all sides anyway. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need, which made my stay as comfortable as being at home. I even extended my stay for another 2 nights, despite the rainy weather. The staff are welcoming, polite, and attentive. The breakfasts are delicious."

GGuest UserHotel de la Coupole is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I’ve been to 20 countries, some multiple times. It was absolutely stunning. The service was outstanding. I was able to travel to Fansipan Peak from the hotel building. Hotel de la Coupole is the only hotel I have ever relaxed in. Normally I go go go and the hotel is just a bed in a room. I relaxed in the lobby for four hours waiting for my shuttle to come. I took a nap at the pool on a comfortable double sized patio bed. I highly recommend you choose this hotel over any other in Sapa.

HHeyarhgraciesThis place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary.
The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails!
Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

HhakiefEverything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view.
The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose.
Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

LLils01Great hotel. Good location. Very clean. We had a quiet room on the third floor. The window did not have a view of anything except a wall which was fine as we didn't stay in the room much. There was a lot of variety for breakfast and the view front the pool was amazing. The gym was a good size. It needed dumbells heavier than 10kg though but a good gym hotel with lots of room. Service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

KKattie HooArrived early into Sa Pa and requested for early check in. Needed to pay an extra 40,000 VD which was fine as it came inclusive of breakfast. However, from the moment the keycard was inserted into the slot, nightmare began. The power fused out and had to go down to the reception to request for assistance. Front desk staff were not helpful and kept saying the issue was resolved. But the power trip repeated for more than 4 times and with me going up and down before they finally had someone to check the room. So much for early check in. Room was damp, heater hardly function and bathroom can certainly improve in cleanliness. This was on day one. Day two, we decided to check out the breakfast and was again disappointed. I have never seen such a miserable spread and we were limited to only one bowl of noodles or if pancake serving. In any event, nothing great to be missed! And the saga of the power trip continues. Did I mentioned that on Day one, I have to endure an extremely cold bath as half-way through my bath with shampoo in my hair, hot water was no longer available. When we reached out to the team, we were told to wait for 15 mins for hot water to be restored. Can you imagine, standing stark naked with shampoo and bath gel on your body and to wait for 15 minutes in the cold? For the price that I paid for the room, it was definitely not worth it. Although Mr Dao, the Hotel Manager seems friendly, obliging and apologetic, extended free transfer to the bus station the next day, it hardly made up for such a bad staying experience.

AANNA AUNGVery easy to check in and check out. The reception is very helpful. Also can call for an in room massage. Very close to Sapa central but quiet and peaceful environment.

DDeeeeengdongIt’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult.
However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^
I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three.
I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on the main street right next to the market, and about 20mins walk from the town, perfect if you are a market person.
Communication with the hotel is mainly via Google translate, all requests were honoured just needed a little patience and understanding when communicating with them.
There's all the basic amenities you need without frills. It's definitely a bargain to get your own room with a private toilet.
