"The hotel is very good, the room is very large and warm, the bed is very comfortable, the heating is very sufficient, the toiletries are L'Occitane series, the hotel has its own beach, golf course, tennis court, restaurant is also very good, breakfast is delicious, the stove is very busy, I hope to visit in summer next time."

"Lets start off the place has been beautiful redone. The room we were in #7 was very spacious with a sun porch. Now let me tell you about the bathroom! It has a possibility 9 inch by 9inch bathroom sink tucked in a corner with a small medicine chest about maybe 20 inches above it. There was no room to wash face or brush with out banging your head(which I did quite a few times) Also no counter space for toiletries. No sure who designed the bathroom but was not very good experience especially for the price and with other beautiful inns in Cape cod. Breakfast was delicious! The staff were nice but could use a few pointers on hospitality and warmth. We stay in the Cape 6 to eight times a year and most likely will not be back here. Maybe down the road we will give it another try? They need to work out a few kink first! We stayed 3 nights"

Candleberry Inn on Cape Cod

"Our five day stay at The Candleberry Inn in Brewster on Cape Cod was by far one of the best away from home experiences my husband, daughter and I have ever had! Eric and Charlene are two of the most pleasant, lovely people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. Eric makes the most incredible breakfasts and Charlene, Charlie as we came to call her, bakes the most delectable afternoon sweets for guests, packaged and labeled with guests' names. We will go back as often as we can, and will recommend it to everyone we know and/or come across!! Love the Tauberts and the Candleberry Inn! xoxo"

Captain Freeman Inn

"We absolutely LOVE the Captain Freeman Inn. Laurie & Jason think of every detail, every comfort, and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was immaculately clean, bright, quiet (no road noise), with sea-side artwork and decor. Laurie has a great eye for design and detail in everything she does. All of the sitting rooms, guest rooms, dining area, small gift shop, and wrap-around porch are perfect! Jason is an expert at managing all the booking logistics as well as perfecting the breakfast meal each morning - quiche, home-made scones, fresh fruit, crepes, freshly brewed coffee, with the cutest dishes out on the breakfast porch. The pool is refreshing and relaxing on a hot summer day or you can take a 5-minute walk to Breakwater Beach. There is nothing we would change - it is truly one of the best Inns with the best Inns-keepers on the Cape. If you are lucky enough to find an opening, book it - you won't regret it. "My wife and I have stayed in over 100 B&B’s in the last 30+ years both in the US and abroad. This was our second stay in Brewster by the Sea Inn and we returned because of the quality of the accommodations, but also by the friendliness and professionalism of the owner and Innkeeper Amy Chestnut. Its location mid Cape was also a factor since we were staying for 6 nights to attend the annual Cape Cod Hydrangea Fest that allowed us to go in any direction to view the scores of individual gardens across the Cape. We stayed in the Sea Meadow room on this visit and Bayberry room the previous stay and would highly recommend either. Amy is a meticulous Innkeeper and both rooms were spotless. Then there was Amy’s outstanding breakfast which always started with a fresh fruit dish followed by a sweet or savory main course. Breakfast was always served around the pool other than one day because of the threat of rain it was moved inside. Since our previous visit to the Inn in 2023 Amy added a helper which gave Amy more time to interact with the guests which was very enjoyable! We highly recommend Brewster by the Sea Inn!"
