位置超級棒，到哪裡都方便，酒店每位員工都很nice，見面都會打招呼，沒有種族歧視，問問題很耐心，酒店內有opera購票中心，下午茶的紅葡萄酒很好喝，並且有鋼琴演奏，運氣好還有美女歌手。早歺也好吃，可以現在場點歺．軟的水煮蛋特別好吃。早歺的硅魚超好吃，惟一遺憾的是房間沒有燒水壺，沒有牙刷牙膏。

Incredible! We had a fabulous stay and couldn’t fault a thing. Breakfast is included of which we weren’t aware of beforehand and was fabulous.

It’s a beautiful hotel however if you’re a person of colour I wouldn’t recommend staying here every time we entered the hotel we would get stopped and questioned this wasn’t happening to anybody else.
The Door man wouldn’t open the door for us on arrival he asked what we wanted when we said we’re staying here he looked shocked and said ok then let us in . This happened 3 more times with different members of staff .
Another lady working on the door practically chased us to ask where we think we’re going when simply walking to our room .
We were made to feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome during our visit

This hotel was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, rooms are lovely and very spacious, staff is helpful and attentive, the breakfast was excellent, they served wine and cheese every day from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. We had dinner on the rooftop one night. The food was excellent and the view was beautiful!! The hotel is very conveniently located to all the major sites. Would very highly recommend!

Probably one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in! The entire vibe was outstanding! Matthew was a great service person, very knowledgeable and quite an asset to the hotel. I will highly recommend this hotel to my travel agent colleagues and customers.

One of the best stays I have experienced. Perfect room, but the service and kindness of the staff is on another level. Combination of this and a perfect hotel and location I cannot wait to come back.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Everything was top-notch. I don’t think I understood or took advantage of all the offerings so I’ll have to make it back. If I had one item for improvement, I would say that the Wi-Fi was intermittent but other than that everything was fabulous including the balconies off the rooms.
