We loved our stay! What a lovely hotel in a beautiful city. We try to always find suites when we travel since we have kids. The Milford did not disappoint! They immediately helped us upon arrival, with parking our large van, and even taking our luggage up into our room from the garage! There is no elevator if that’s an issue, but there quick to help bags. They were all very friendly and gave lots of suggestions for food (on point!) and activities. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood, easy walk to the Buda castle and fisherman bastion, and there is an excellent playground directly across the street. Room was perfect. Clean, great kitchen, they had set up the extra beds for our kids, and had fun decor. Breakfast is in a fun glassed-in outdoor courtyard that was a wonderful a**osphere. Nice continental selection. Would recommend and return!

Our family of 4 (inc 2 teenagers) stayed on the top floor. The apar**ent has great decor. Rooms were very spacious with 2 v big beds, a dining table, TV and sofas in the main bedroom. Safe available in room. Bathroom had a bath with shower hose, sink and toilet but no shower curtain surrounding the bath (not an issue for us but might be for some). Separate WC also in the apar**ent. The staff at the apar**ent were brilliant. Really knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. Cold continental breakfast is available. Breakfast seating area is fairly compact. The info notice in the apar**ent recommends staggering timings for breakfast. Location - The apar**ent is in Buda and is a 2 min walk to the Fisherman Bastion area, which is a great place to view the city and take photos as the sun sets. A lot of the sights are in Pest which can be accessed by taking a short walk to the river and crossing the bridge either by walking or going 2 stops on the underground. We purchased a 72 hour travel ticket which can be used on the public transport. (Worth doing even if you like walking). Two items to consider when booking : the apar**ent is in a hilly area which might be an issue for anyone with mobility challenges. There is also no lift. This was not an issue for us, but might be for some. Overall - This is a great property to stay in. We had been travelling in Europe for 10 days and really enjoyed the spacious apar**ent.

The front desk staff was really wonderful. There is lots of room, it was quiet, had a very average but adequate breakfast, and it suited our needs for two nights but- we would not stay again. The carpet in room 224 was very dirty. The single dish towel had a very large hole in the center of it- I left it for housekeeping to see, but they just hung it up again. The shower door leaked and , while there was a small but very nice kitchenette, there were no utensils. Clearly this place needs some simple attention to bring it up to standard. If someone took the time to maintain the rooms better it could be really nice choice. Please clean that area rug! Plus be aware there is no elevator so we had to drag our bags up to third floor.

The Milford suites are definitely comfortable and have a lot of space.Nicely renovated building close to metro station,nice cafes and restaurants monuments you must see and even super market.It is a quiet place for couples and families.Small but quality breakfast.The croissants were so amazing!!!Housekeeping needs a little bit work.A big thank you for the useful information and their smile at the front desk employees.

Staff is brilliant, helpful and professional. Room was modern, comfortable and well equipped. The place is a perfect location - castle is 2 minutes walk, major transport hub(tram,bus, underground) is 5 minutes walk, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very hard to find a safer neighborhood in Budapest! Can highly recommend this hotel

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Auffällig die extrem freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die sich wirklich sehr engagiert um die Gäste kümmern. Die Lage in der Nähe der Fischerbastion und der Burg ist sehr ruhig und dennoch attraktiv, unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber liebevoll; lediglich die Plätze sind limitiert - Wartezeit einplanen!
