Very unprofessionally designed Spa area. Wet floors, people were also putting their wet and dirty feet on the seats in the sauna.
The pool is significantly smaller than shown on the photo.

호텔에 여행을 위해 새로 구입한 휴대용 밧데리2개를 충전해놓은걸 깜빡잊고 급히 체크아웃하고 택시타자마자 알아서
설마 돌려주겠지 하고 볼일보고 프론트에 물었는데 딱잘라서 없다고 하더라 황당 !! 뭐라 했더니 전화하는 시늉 억지로 하고 또 없다고 말함 5성급호텔이 이런경우 처음
프론트도 불친절 하우스키퍼도 마찬가지
물건 놔두고 오면 바로 분실입니다 주의하세여
이 호텔은 추천못함

Très bel hôtel avec personnel très serviable
Les petits déjeuners sont très bien, servis dans un hall couvert magnifique
Très belle piscine, malheureusement les jacuzzis étaient en maintenance pendant les jours où nous y étions
Le ménage dans les couloirs laissent à désirer ( les mêmes saletés au sol pendant 4 jours ) et le dimanche, notre chambre n’a pas été nettoyée
Mais globalement, notre séjour a été très bon

A bit outside the old city center it is still walkable if you don’t mind a longer stroll. The building is certainly an old grand hotel. Live Music was played in the atrium dining area and in the lobby every night we were there which was quite audible in our room, though it stopped at around 10pm

Everything was amazing. Executive room big and clean. All communal areas immaculate. I will stay here again when next in budapest.
The smell of the hotel is out of this world. I couldnt figure out where it was coming from but it always smelt so good!

Really loved it. Beautiful, elegant hotel, great location, the spa is lovely. Worth noting that you *do* have to book the spa inclusive rooms - I guess if you'd not realised that you might be annoyed. Breakfast is pretty great, bar is nice with good cocktails.
