Ξενοδοχεία Hot spring σε Bursa

The hotel lobby it’s not very new. But the room it’s newly renovated . Clean and big and comfortable. Specially they have very friendly stuff. They helped us to book the ferry back to Istanbul. Also they have valet parking. Nice to stay for a day or two for sightseeing.

-Staff 4/5 -Location 5/5 -Hygiene 4/5 -Cleanliness 4/5 stains in the carpet , size of the room 4/5 -Welcoming 4/5 -Bathroom 3.5/5 (very old towels, needs update overall but not bad) we had to call maintenance team to fix our A/c since it wasn't cooling but it was fixed immediately. didn't feel like i was treated as an IHG gold member. would recommend due to location. very limited breakfast selection its better to book without breakfast and eat outside since you can enjoy better quality food across the road in the restaurants / cafe there

It was absolutely perfect for the price. Cleanliness and hygiene was good. It was comfortable. Since we left at 6 in the morning, we could not have breakfast. The hotel attendant said we can prepare a breakfast plate for you despite him. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority. If I go again, I definitely don't need to look for a different place. The location you are looking at on the maps is incorrect. Call the hotel and ask for a location .

A time-honored brand, the service is fair, and they are all quite satisfactory, not too special to exceed expectations.

Syrategic location, only few minutes to Grand Bazar Market, Koza Han, add few minutes to Osman Gazi Turbesi & Tophane Clock Tower. Friendly and helpful staff. However, the wifi didnt work, it say connected but no internet connection. Overall is very recommended!
