"I did not go in January 2025, but the system did not give me a choice. I lived in Morro de Sao Paulo for 3 years, between 1993 and 1996, and went back as a visitor 4 more times after that. I love Morro de Sao Paulo, it's a magic place. I've been to Pousada Casarao many times and my experience has always been wonderful. Comfortable, gorgeous swimming pool, excellent food. And the location could not be better. In the heart of the village, close to shops and restaurants.I hope you enjoy as much as I did."

Village Paraíso Tropical

"Facilities: Okay! Environment: Very nice. Not right next to the beach, doesn't have its own beach, but it's very close. Breakfast: Very good, lots of fruit, freshly made cassava pancakes. But the air conditioning in the restaurant wasn't very effective. Service: The bellhops were very helpful. However: 1. The girl who spoke good English was very helpful, but the shorter girl who didn't speak good English was very ineffective. When I checked out, even though it was within the designated time, she said it was ten minutes past, then said there wasn't any left. 2. I forgot my iPhone earphones in the hotel room, and they didn't contact me after I left. I contacted them more than ten times via WhatsApp, and finally a local friend arranged for them to be shipped to El Salvador, but even after more than a week, I still haven't received them."

"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ όμορφο, η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, κοντά σε όλα, που κάνει την διαμονή πολύ εύκολο. Το πρωινό είναι τέλειο, με αρκετές νόστιμες επιλογές που δίνουν μια πολύ καλή αρχή. Παραδέχομαι ότι η ταπιοκα θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο καλύτερα, γιατί βρήκα πολύ καλό (Είμαι ερωτευμένη με ταπιοκα, έτσι το πρόσεξα 😅), αλλά είναι μόνο μια λεπτομέρεια πριν τόσο πολύ καλό. Η υπηρεσία είναι τέλεια: η Πατρίσια και η όλη ομάδα υποδοχής είναι απίστευτες, υπερπροσεκτικές, συμπονετικές και πάντα έτοιμες να βοηθήσουν και να μιλήσουν. Φυσικά, όταν επιστρέψω στον θάνατο του Σάο Πάολο, θα μείνω εκεί ξανά. ❤️"

"Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ άνετο και το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ άνετο. Το μόνο αρνητικό σημείο είναι το πρωινό που θα μπορούσε να έχει περισσότερες επιλογές και να είναι πιο οργανωμένο. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν επίσης πολύ κοντά στην κουζίνα/καφέ και από τις 8 π.μ. δεν είχα κοιμηθεί πλέον, επειδή οι επισκέπτες κάνουν θόρυβο (παιδιά) και τηλεφωνούν για ένα μεσαίο ύπνο ανά πρωινό, αλλά τεχνικά για όσους βρίσκονται στην παραλία είναι ήδη ένα αργό πρωινό στις 8 π.μ. οπότε OK PQ Ήταν ήδη στην ώρα του να ξυπνήσει."

"The most simple, basic 5 star bliss in the world. The bedroom feels like it’s been designed by Phillippe Starck, the property feels like Mykonos/ Miami and it should be a disaster, but it’s not. It’s quirky bliss. And very beautiful. Slightly eccentric / schizophrenic experience, like faulty towers in moments, and W Hotel in others. Amazing cocktails in the swim up pool. It’s a very hands off property. Brilliant staff. They are there if you need them and the answer is always yes, but you have to ask. It’s nice. No room service or housekeeping. Private pool in jungle on terrace. Amazing combo."

Pousada Vila da Barra

"The first thing to praise is the staff! All incredibly kind and smiling, always available to answer customers' questions and make suggestions about everything! The location is excellent, both on arrival and departure. Not far from the centre, which is easily accessible on foot. The flat was huge: a living room with table and chairs, television and a sofa bed. Very spacious fridge, bathroom and bedroom. On arrival, they made us find a decoration of flowers on the bed, as we were spending our honeymoon, a very cute thing and which made us very happy ❤️ On the day of departure they gave us a bag with water and "cocada" wishing us a good journey. The property is beautiful and big, however it seems a bit abandoned (on the ground floor there are plenty of empty shops). A swimming pool would be a great plus. Breakfast is very good. The staff is very nice and attentive. Highly recommended ❤️"

Colibri Beach Villas

"Avoid ! The pictures online are highly misleading. The reception area is sad, with no attention to detail. The pool is dirty, uninviting and the chairs are old. The worst part is the room. From the pictures, it seems like it is in the middle of nature but actually it is right in front of another hotels back entrance and kitchen. It is smelly and loud and kills the nature feel. There is only one staff as reception, the level of service is not up to standard. This place is worth 3 stars at best."

"Excellent Posada in Morro de San Pablo , excellent location , near the sea terminal and in the square , where every night there is a fair of artisans and Bayan music . The best Morro's best wives are sold at Graciela, one of the oldest Argentinas."

"Για την αναμενόμενη αξία, λίγο περισσότερο ομορφιά και άνεση στα δωμάτια, η πολυτελής σουίτα δεν έχει κατάλληλο μέρος για να βάλει τις τσάντες, ούτε το κουτί, περνάμε μέρες επιλέγοντας τα ρούχα μας καθισμένοι στο πάτωμα και με πόνο στην πλάτη."
