The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Most spoke English which really helped. Great location next to Hotel Spiwak and the mall. Breakfast was first rate with a large selection. I will stay here again.

The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. It is also very convenient for shopping and eating at the mall accross the street.

I appreciate the staff, very close to restaurants, shopping downtown. I did notice the floors were dirty, one night my feet were black from not being mopped or cleaned, but other than that everything was great

The only great part is the location and the room. Pool facilities very depressing, terrible laundry services, dirty and disgusting kitchen walls, lazy and unprofessional staff, the restaurant is screaming for a renovation and the room was always cleaned very late. The management should get out from their comfort zone and do their job properly.

The stay was wonderful and the room very clean, big, fansy. The food was very very good with several options and the drinks too. The people very friendly. We was very happy in the hotel. The hotel was very quiet with no noice outside.

They won’t put much attention about property conditions inside to the rooms. The good thing about the rooms have a lot space.

Property is really nice and modern . Great city views from 12 floor nice big windows and balcony. Really nice hotel . However the staff could use some customer service training specifically in the breakfast area, did not feel welcome, and the service by staff was poor. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there and was ignored multiple times by waiters. Having paid extra for the breakfast included and being charged more if you want a simple omelette seems excessive. Other than that the property is beautiful,staff could definitely use some training
