"When I booked for a date, the app gave me a different date and I booked with this error. I asked the hotel to modify it and they informed me that I had to deal with this with Trip. I sent the information to Trip and they replied that the hotel had not accepted modifications or cancellations due to their policies. The fact is that I think it was very badly done by both companies. I will not trust either of them again. I was a huge customer of NH Cali Royal and I highly recommended it. I have already had two very boring experiences with the reservation or room request."

"This hotel is very clean and nicely designed, feeling more like a studio apartment than a typical hotel room. It has a well-equipped kitchen, making it great for longer stays. The TV is positioned in a way that allows you to watch comfortably from the bed or couch. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff speak English and are very helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The only downside is that the bathroom doesn’t have a full door—just a half-glass partition—so water can easily get outside. However, the hotel is in a safe area in Cali, and for the price, it’s an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended!"
