We would particularly like to commend the two ladies on duty at reception, Caroline and Phillipa. They were both so friendly and informative with regard to places to visit and restaurants nearby. They are certainly a credit to Premier Inn.

Overall l have a great experience at this hotel. Room was clean and tidy to a high standard. Again the bathroom was excellent. However I can’t pass without saying what exceptional staff you have on reception (Jenny and Caroline), they not only helped with identifying walks but done it with great humor. They are a credit to your company.

Nice quiet rooms and particularly excellent service from the receptionists Caroline and Jenny. They are a real asset to Premier Inn. Couldn’t do enough, had an excellent happy can do attitude. It was a pleasure to stop and chat with them. Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel reception staff are very accommodating and really pleasant, especially Caroline & Jenny who was very helpful and made my stay more pleasant. The room had everything I needed while I was there. And was a perfect base to come back to of an evening while I was working away from home.

The room was very spacious and clean. Really relaxing.. The evening meals were fantastic and very tasty. The morning breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice. The receptionists, Elizabeth and Phillipa were incredibly friendly. welcoming and very funny. Loved the place and would definitely stay again. 👍

The room fridge was 10 degrees and needed to be cooler for medication. Phillippa and Jenny got ice cubes to chill it and put the freezer blocks for travelling in their freezer. The friendly positive attitude and practical help of staff reduced my stress level and made our stay happy. Thank you.

Good place for one or two nights, easy to find, safe to park. Room was OK. Adjacent restaurant good for breakfast but was poor in the evening. I've stayed at Hayle and St Austell and both are better.

Philippa & Jenny were so helpful on arrival - very friendly. Thank you! Premier plus room was lovely. Very smart. Other room was tired and bathroom didn’t smell great. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was great - loads of food. A beautiful area. Will definitely be back.

Greeted on reception by Phillippa & Hayden to check in. Very nice greeting and warm welcome from both. Both had a very good sense of humour in a professional way. Making the check in experience excellent. Room standard is brilliant as normal
