I can't say enugh about this property - the service was great - I arrived from Luxembourg in the middle of the night and the transfer arranged from the hotel was great. I felt completely safe with Mohammed and he was fresh and conversational though it was 1am when I arrived. The arrival at the hotel was smooth and uneventful. The hotel was quiet. The room was clean and nicely appointed and already turned down. Breakfast was good - I arrived a bit late so some dishes didn't look so great on the buffet but I asked for a few things and I received them (like a nice plate of fruit at the table). The pool was calm and nice and the welcome drinks and watermelon were a great touch. Poolside service for lunch was very nice. Really enjoyed my entire stay. The property is on the beach and attached to a mall. The spa was great - very nicely done and services for pedicure and massage were great!

A well-deserved 5-star hotel and a boost. Excellent location in the heart of Casablanca. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, money changers and various stores in the vicinity. Free parking available. Welcome to the most wonderful of all the hotel staff, and they overcome all the difficulties. Beautiful spacious rooms with elegant furnishings and decor. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, including everything a tourist needs. Poor breakfast is very simple for a 5-star hotel.

Before I traveled, I searched for hotels on Baidu Map. The neighborhood is relatively concentrated. When I first arrived in Casablanca, I went out from the port train station and walked in this direction. It looks like the hotel looks good. It is a building and the room is very simple. It is the kind of cement-made tiled bedside table and desk, which is slightly worse than domestic express hotel chains, but it is also considered clean. The location is good, a few hundred meters southwest is Pigeon Square, two or three kilometers northwest is Hassan II Mosque, one kilometer north is the port train station, and two kilometers east is the Casa train station. The airport has direct trains to the city, either at the Casa station or at the port station. The photos in the room were gone, in the same style as the corridor, on the same floor and wall.

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

The hotel is not far from the station, it is relatively easy to find, the appearance is very beautiful, the front desk is very affectionate, very eager to answer many of our questions, the surrounding is very lively, I feel pretty good

The Hotel is in the CBD of Casablanca. It's a walkable distance from the City's Market. The hotel feels safe and staff are friendly. Though the room carpets are rarely swept and vacuumed. Otherwise the service is good and comfortable. Great place.

It is about 3 minutes on foot from ”Mohameddiuri” station, the 3rd tram stop from Casavoirge station. There is a supermarket right in front of the station, which is convenient. It is within walking distance of the medina. The building is aging, but the interior is quite normal. It is not particularly wide, but it is not too narrow to feel cramped. Air conditioner, refrigerator, safety box. Not large, but with a veranda. Amenities include shampoo, toothbrush and shaving. The shower is on hand and there is no problem with both hot and cold water. Well, if you use it just to come back and sleep, I think that this price is bargain at this location.

Hotel location is very good, in a lively location, the hotel service is somewhat unsatisfactory, leaving the room in the morning and returning in the evening did not clean the room. Ibis-Casa Voyageus is a hotel that gets the job done if proximity to Voyageurs train station is your priority. It's right outside the front door. Check in was easy and friendly, as was check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. Room provided soap and shampoo. More or less no-frills but safe, clean, and convenient. During our time there, nearby restaurant options were limited due to Ramadan.

I booked this hotel for my boss who stayed 10 nights from the end of November to today and the experience was very disappointing. it was 10 days without wifi and despite having also contacted the hotel several times we never received any The Commission has not yet been able to respond to this.
