Hotel in itself is good, clean rooms, clean pool and bathroom for children and adults, restaurant food is very good, in the new year's dinner the buffet was good taste, all they promised in dinner was fulfilled, with open drinks and everything else, The hotel was very comfortable and it was very good to stay at the party until 4:00 p.m. Put the sound at the end of the apartment with a 7-year-old child trying to sleep was the reason I wouldn't go back to the hotel, I asked to lower the sound out, but the answer of the arrogant receptionist who was at that morning it was that I had been warned of the sound, and that I will continue until 4h of the morning, but that could change the room (total lack of respect for the other guests), in the VDD, I was never warned if I had not gone) and we will combine sound environment ok but the sound seemed to be inside the room so as the beds tremble! Have stayed here many times. The hotel is well located with ample parking. The rooms and facilities are standard for an Ibis. Rooms and all areas are clean. The best thing about the hotel is that Matheus, Erik, Joao, Morgana and the team make a real difference giving a 5 star service and always willing to go that extra mile to ensure that every stay is the best it can be.
