"Even during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, AKA still attracts many visitors, especially those with children. It's understandable, given the large lawn perfect for running around and the beach for digging in the sand. The lobby staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful with check-in, accommodating our requests and responding promptly, which made our stay with the kids very comfortable. The concierge at the entrance also helped with our luggage, except for one staff member who insisted my husband move the car. My husband explained that the car wasn't in the way and that our child was asleep and needed to be carried to the room. The staff member then looked at me, and I said my back hurt and I couldn't carry them. That interaction dampened the mood a bit. However, the other staff members were excellent; they understood the difficulties of traveling with children and that happy kids mean relaxed parents. We loved the oil tank mini-train, playing soccer on the big lawn, and swimming in the small pool. I do wish the small pool had supervision. There were so many kids swimming in it, but many adults were treating it like a foot-washing basin, rinsing off sandy feet and even walking in with their slippers! Children are delicate, and I hope this small pool can be supervised too. Catching the sunrise is very convenient – you just go down to the beach!"

The staff in other areas of the hotel were also generally okay, although the service response was a bit slow, which is understandable given the large number of guests and the hotel's recent opening. The height requirements for children's breakfast were sometimes strict and sometimes lax; some children over 1.2 meters didn't ask for extra food, but my child did get extra."

What I loved most was the hotel's design. I opted for a courtyard room with a private soaking tub, and in the evening, the staff even drew the bath for us in advance. We came back to the hotel and just relaxed, soaking while enjoying some snacks. Even the toothpaste was O2, and the shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful. I honestly wanted to take the hotel's super soft, pink bathrobes home with me! All in all, from the service to the facilities and cleanliness, it easily meets a star-rated standard. The only minor suggestions I have are to extend the check-out time to 2:00 PM and to offer a buffet breakfast instead of a fixed-menu meal. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time—it's the GOAT!"
