As a coffee lover, I've tried coffee in many cities, but only the hand-drip coffee here truly won me over. The owner is a connoisseur of roasting and extraction, precisely controlling water temperature and time to ensure each cup exudes a unique floral and fruity aroma and a rich, lingering sweetness. A sip releases the fragrance of coffee beans onto the tongue, paired with bread baked by the owner's wife, making for the most delightful afternoon tea in the mountains. Aman Yibin is not a tourist attraction for a quick visit, but a place where you can truly settle down.
