A very well kept established hotel with large room , clean, impressive toiletries ( Appelles brand ), excellently located to main tourist spots.Though Changsha is a place full of wonderful food ( chilli drenched fish head), there is a McDonald next door (just in case). The hotel staff also very polite and very kind in giving us free goodies bag ( full of local famous Hunan snacks) and by booking with Trip.com, was offered free most famous Local Bubble tea Cha Yan Yue Se 茶颜悦色 delivered to room. Thank you

We had a very pleasant stay here, the room was clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes available. The pool and steam room were great, but why does ping pong cost 150元?

Hotel is in a great location. Only a few km from major tourist locations such as pedestrian street, Orange Isle and the mountain. Service was great. Room was clean and met the booking requirements. Only suggestion to the hotel would be to replace the carpeting outside the rooms in the hallways. Super stained on my floor and makes the hotel look a little dilapidated. Overall would stay there again.

The hotel is located not really close to subway station but it’s good to have a walk up to downtown and also quite close to the museum. Several shops and restaurants around the hotel and there’s a big shopping mall nearby which has cafes and a supermarket. For me as a not fluent Chinese speaker, Mark Gong at the front desk helped me in English with everything. The room was quite clean, comfortable and well designed. I enjoyed bathing every morning and night to relax. It was such a pleasant stay! Would like to come back.

酒店很棒，地理位置好，各類設施完備，服務很到位；房間整潔乾淨衞生，行政酒廊和早餐餐廳環境舒服、種類豐富、食品美味，還能吃到很多長沙本地美食，工作人員服務周到、親切，對小朋友很照顧。這是一家能很好地體現出國際五星級水平的酒店，有周末帶娃、朋友出遊等需求的話非常值得推薦去好好地體驗。

還是要給喜來登一個5分好評。不得不承認，作為攜程用户，得到了很好的體驗。
前幾天公司團體倒是一般，但在攜程上訂的房間，就不需要換房間了……銜接很絲滑。
晚上走累了，可以泡腳……但前兩天沒注意可以燒水，桌子上還有膠囊咖啡機……但最後一天才發現的 哈哈哈
不過早飯和自助午餐真的是一般般了……衹能以米線吃飽 哈哈哈😄
最後在離開前拜託前台小哥寄一張明信片（有郵票）也在今天收到了！感恩🥹
感恩客服Laney幾乎有求必應，響應速度很快，給客户賓至如歸的感覺。滿分💯

性價比之王，體驗感非常棒，入住用茶顏做為歡迎禮，還送了小熊和果盤，恆温泳池水質好，還有桑拿，房間的咖啡是星巴克的，早餐品種多，還有我最愛的廣東點心，補給也及時，用餐環境好小童樂園乾淨整潔👍🏽
特別讓人覺得舒適的是酒店的服務，無論是門僮小哥、前台小姐姐、健身室的工作人員、餐廳服務員，還是打掃衞生的阿姨，都熱情大方，很有服務意識，讓人有賓至如歸的喜悦。
長沙很好，小吃好吃，人也很好！
