I love everything about here, front lobby, location, the room, the view, the people. Can’t believe a lady wash and dried clothes for me free. Very comfortable bed and I enjoy so much with everything. If can give 7 stars… I will definitely do that! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A nice hotel and the lady at the front desk was charming and keen to please. Because one of our rooms wasn't ready, we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room which had great views. The hotel was a little bit difficult to find as non Chinese speakers, its on the 17th floor of the building and signage to get to the elevators to go up, and then find the hotel was a bit confusing. Signs in the elevators might have made this easier. Overall, a very pleasant stay with accommodating and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel in Changsha. Clean, comfortable and with the most helpful staff. They took the time to give us tips on places to eat and call a taxi, and also did our laundry. Great view from the room too. We loved our time in Changsha!
Tip: It's not clear but enter the building and take the lift to the 17th floor.

Big and clean room, got a free upgrade when checked in. lake view from the balcony, balcony door was faulty but it got fixed immediately.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel thanks to their super friendly front desk. Despite my limited Chinese speaking ability, they were very patient and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy ambiance that made me feel at home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with super soft linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. Overall, I was impressed with the high level of attention to detail and customer service provided by the hotel staff.
