I stayed for 3 nights over Chris**as at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities. It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Chris**as decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute! The entire staff's commi**ent to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log. Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Chris**as Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Chris**as Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.) The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place. The energetic a**osphere on Chris**as Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable. Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great. Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city. Definitely recommend staying here! This W Hotel flawlessly combines luxury, sophistication, and a vibrant a**osphere, making it a standout hotel.

The service of this W hotel in Changsha is one of the best which I visited the same group in Hong Kong or other Asian countries before. Rooms is very modern and good decide for User friendly. The location is also very excellent as shopping and restaurant inside the same building which is good as usual

Good hotel. Love the pool. Downside- it’s not walking distance to the night markets and party area. Overall a good location and cleanliness 💪 卫生：best 环境：very good 服务：the staff keeps pressing the elevator for me, very caring!!!!

Love the decor curated by the hotel for my note on our wedding anniversary. Room is huge, cosy and clean. Small lapses in the restaurant due to coffee and egg table requests but otherwise attentive. Location is about 30mins away from all the actions but next to a mall and a train station. Was attended by Dimond at the reception and she is great along with other staff.

Felt room light very dim and dark. Other things ok ok type. Bed was soft and comfortable

Great experience with this staycation. Nice staff. Hope to stay again.
