"The entire check-in process was self-service, which was great for a late check-in. However, we might have been staying in a separate building this time, and the directions weren't very clear, making it quite a hassle to find our way. Aside from that, our stay was mostly satisfactory, and the place was clean. A minor point to note is that the detached building only has three parking spaces, and if the first two are occupied, parking in the third can be quite difficult. The infinity pool is beautiful; it would be even better if there were changing rooms. The location is convenient, close to American Village, so you'll never have trouble finding a restaurant."

"The hygiene was appalling; it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in Japan. The room smelled musty. When we returned home and went to sleep, we saw ants everywhere. Even with the air conditioning on its lowest setting, it was still very noisy. There was only one person at the front desk (if you could call them) from 3 PM to 9 PM, and they didn't speak English. Parking was available on a patch of wasteland across the street (the land wasn't even leveled), and it cost 1000 yen."
