"Very disappointing- we requested a twin room - they couldn’t give us one they said there had been a mistake - we requested a bath ( it was advertised as having baths - they didn’t have any - we ended up not staying as we didn’t want to share a bed and they said they wouldn’t charge us but they did charge us in full so I feel like we were ripped off - staff were completely unhelpful "
