Frontdesk is not very well equipped as my in check took unnecessary long by normal standards. As known the rooms of citigo are practical and new ideal for one night.

A great Chinese brand hotel that accepts foreigners. They have a good spread for breakfast and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very nice and modern. The rooms are very efficient. You wont' find a lot of storage space. The service was terrific. The front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. The location is close to the metro. It is on the same line as Chengdu East train station. The hotel is on a quiet street. It's a short cab ride to Taikooli / Chunxi Lu. The only thing we didn't care for is the glass doors in the bathroom and shower.

The night staff were amazing. I am a foreigner arriving when Covid tension was high and the two boys at the front desk were amazing. They helped me find a hospital and were very accommodating 🙏
Always love this chain of hotels and always very happy with the service.

Ideal for solo travel. Conveniently located near the metro. No English speaking but staff were very friendly and were happy to use their phones to translate.

AC at room dosent working at all ,put it on hot weather still so cold ,second reception dosent inform about foreigners documents when passport in psb that’s took so much time
