A special thank you to Xiao Liu, the staff member who was warm, attentive, and patient throughout, always ready to answer questions and respond to needs promptly. The overall value is high; it’s peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and convenient to get around. I would definitely choose this place again when I come to Chengdu next time and highly recommend it! 😄"

No. 1 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Chengdu"I was very satisfied with my room upon check-in, and overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, with a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy just across the street. The cleaning staff were very thorough, and the front desk concierge upgraded my room type. There's Haagen-Dazs ice cream and afternoon tea on the first floor. It's so convenient to walk to Chunxi Road right outside! The breakfast on the 30th floor offers an unbeatable view. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. It's great!

The classical bed and the view of flowing water outside the window, with flowers and fish in it, created an unforgettable and endlessly fascinating Chinese experience. There were many foreigners at the hotel, probably here to experience a hotel with unique Chinese characteristics. A special shout-out to the restaurant manager – the young lady was warm, hospitable, and attentive, with a bright and cheerful personality. She left a deep impression."

"First off, the location is unbeatable – right next to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, which is super lively. Secondly, I booked a standard room with a small window this time, but the front desk upgraded me for free to a larger room. It not only had a bathtub but also a huge floor-to-ceiling window. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room itself had a really great design, not just a typical hotel style. Perfect for a trip!"

"The round bed room was quite spacious, and the location is ideal – less than a minute's walk to Chunxi Road. Right across the street, there's a nameless 'maocai' (Sichuan hot pot stew) place that's really tasty, and there's a 24-hour convenience store right next door to the hotel. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped me out when I needed a local number for an airport transfer I booked on Taobao. My friend had booked a large room and they upgraded her to a round bed room for free. The only minor drawback was that the room lighting wasn't bright enough."

"The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing.
Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us.
During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change.
The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer."

Plus, there's an underground parking lot, which is perfect for families traveling by car."

No. 17 of Instagrammable Hotels in Chengdu"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location near Tonghuimen station (metro line 2) which made it very easy to get everywhere we needed to in Chengdu, including the East station and Xipu (to get Dujiangyan).
The room was comfortable, spacious and delightfully decorated. It was also notoriously quiet, and the curtains were dark, which allowed us to sleep a bit longer one day when we were particularly tired.
One of the receptionists helped us get tickets for Sichuan opera and she got us wonderful seats 😃 We are very thankful for this!
Our only criticism is that the food at the bar (tiny frozen pizzas) was overpriced and not good.
We would definitely stay here again in Chengdu!"
