My stay at the Hongxingqiao branch was absolutely fantastic and truly made our trip to Chengdu unforgettable. From the unique room design to the unbeatable location, everything was just perfect. The highlight of our stay was definitely the room. We booked a two-story loft-style apartment, and it was an absolute vibe! Having a duplex layout made the space feel so much larger and more luxurious than a standard hotel room. The view from the large windows was stunning, offering a great perspective of the city. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and had a very modern, cozy atmosphere. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. One of the biggest conveniences was the in-room washing machine. After traveling for several days, having access to a washer was an absolute lifesaver! It’s such a thoughtful amenity that made our stay so much more comfortable and hassle-free. The location is another massive plus. The hotel is incredibly well-situated, with the Hongxingqiao subway station literally just a few steps away. This made exploring all the famous Chengdu attractions an absolute breeze. On top of that, there are shops and convenience stores right downstairs, so grabbing snacks, drinks, or any essentials was super easy. We had such a great time in Chengdu, and this hotel played a huge part in that. We were completely delighted with our choice and left feeling 100% satisfied. If you are looking for a stylish, clean, and convenient place to stay in Chengdu, look no further. We will definitely be booking this hotel again on our next visit!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in overall experience. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the public areas were clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. The room facilities were complete and well-maintained; the mattress was just the right firmness, the shower had stable water pressure, and the lighting design was very comfortable. The room had good natural light, and the cleanliness was meticulous, with even the corners spotless. The overall atmosphere was serene and comfortable, the hardware was excellent, and the stay felt very relaxing. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I had a lovely two-night stay at this hotel while visiting Chengdu. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also fantastic. It’s situated in a nice, quiet area while still being very convenient for getting around the city. Tianfu Square, Chunxi Road, and Taikoo Li were all easily accessible, and the distances weren’t nearly as far as I expected. I even had a little cat friend pay me a visit during my stay, haha! Although, next time I’ll probably think twice before opening my windows in broad daylight on the 4th floor! Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in Chengdu.

I struck gold with this high-rise hotel on my trip to Chengdu! Located in the city center on the 49th floor, it offers a sky-high, old-money retro vibe that's absolutely divine. The ambiance is just epic, and you don't even need filters for your photos 📸 The entire hotel boasts a Shikumen-inspired modern retro design, with colorful stained glass, mirrored corridors, and a popular spiral staircase. The interplay of light and shadow gives it a real Wong Kar-wai film feel. There's even a Sanxingdui-themed corridor that perfectly blends Sichuan culture with retro aesthetics. Every corner of the public areas is picture-perfect. The room views are truly stunning! With 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you can lie in bed and overlook the night view of the Jinjiang River and the 339 TV Tower. The night view is incredibly therapeutic. The room amenities are super thoughtful, including a Serta mattress paired with a soft silk duvet, Dyson toiletries, and smart home devices throughout. Some room types even feature a scenic bathtub and a giant projector, maximizing comfort.

Finding a standalone luxury French-style hotel like Neyar right next to Chengdu's Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li is an absolute win. I stayed in a terrace room with its own small garden – perfect for enjoying the evening breeze with a cup of tea, and just a ten-minute walk to Taikoo Li for shopping during the day. The room featured herringbone wooden floors, black and white marble, and a separate vanity area, which was incredibly convenient for touch-ups and photos. The wet and dry areas were separated, and the blackout blinds ensured a perfect night's sleep. The front desk staff proactively offered to help with travel photos and provided complimentary self-service coffee. A soak in the hot tub was just what I needed to relax after a long day of shopping. For a little over 200 RMB per person, the quality and location are unbeatable. Highly recommend for trips with girlfriends or couples!

On the day of check-in, the host upgraded our room. The apartment had everything except pots and pans. The host was very enthusiastic and specifically wrote a local guide for us. There was daily cleaning service, and I found my 4-day stay very convenient. The apartment is located near Chunxi Road in Chengdu, directly accessible by Metro Line 3. There are also many delicious and affordable food options around the apartment compared to the city center. Especially if you go out for a stroll around 7 PM, the lively atmosphere will tempt you to indulge in some amazing food…

If you're coming to Chengdu's Chunxi Road or Taikoo Li, this hotel is definitely the one to choose! First off, the location is absolutely fantastic – super convenient for transportation. You can walk straight to the IFS giant panda sculpture, and when you're tired from exploring, it's just a few steps back to the quiet hotel to recharge. There are tons of dining options nearby, and the hotel even has its own restaurant. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views, and the work and rest areas are well-divided. The soundproofing is excellent, so you can really focus on work even in the middle of a bustling area. Ms. Zhu, the manager at the front desk, was incredibly enthusiastic. She not only handled check-in quickly but also made sure all my needs during my stay were perfectly taken care of. I could even get a late check-out! For breakfast, they have freshly prepared Sichuan-style wontons and Dandan noodles, catering to both northern and southern tastes. The rooms also have a large bathtub, which was super relaxing after a busy day. The hotel's professional and warm service completely melted away the fatigue of a business trip.

First off, the service at Hanting is truly exceptional – very thoughtful and attentive. The bedding is comfortable. However, there were no hand towels by the sink and no disposable toilet seat covers, which I think could be improved. The cleanliness, though, was quite reassuring. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but convenient. The location is a few minutes' walk from the metro station, but cycling is quite convenient.

This has to be one of our favourite stays in China, and the appreciation goes beyond the physical place. Miya is a sweetheart and she is so fun to converse with. She helped us a lot in planning our days in Chengdu. She also makes the BEST Chinese pancakes (手抓饼） and her cats are absolutely adorable. Our room was beautiful, with lots of ambient lighting and truly the best view in town. The location is elite, the metro station right at the foot of the building (2 stops away from the IFS building) and it's super easy to order Didi from. Late hour restaurants and convenience stores right in & next to the building too. The gym also has a lot of equipment and is pretty spacious. All of these things made our trip in Chengdu so much more memorable and we will miss both Miya and this city dearly.
