Lovely place we stayed in the Royal suite with lovely views and private unlimited access to the Hot spring. The staff were excellent and friendly, the breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. The reception staff helped us several times with recommending a restaurant having us dropped off and picked us up using their electric onsite bus. They also provided extra fresh fruit when we asked, which was lovely and sweet. I can't fault this hotel and the staff, I will definitely return in the future. Thanks.

Spent two days in Gaoming over the New Year's Day holiday. This resort is really huge, with tons of villas and apartments, and the surrounding scenery is quite lovely. We even went to the mountainside hot spring valley at night, which was incredibly comfortable. The apartment we chose this time was great; the room was spotless, and the facilities were pretty comprehensive.

Came here for a holiday with the kids and booked a villa, but it wasn't big enough, so we added an apartment. The hotel environment is excellent, and the cleanliness far exceeded our expectations – the entire place was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Our beautiful butler provided incredibly reliable service, coordinating details in advance and being available whenever we needed her during our stay. She was warm, meticulous, and patient, which added so much convenience to our trip. Everyone had a great time, and it's definitely worth coming back to!

Booked for seniors, seniors are satisfied, the room can see the lush green field view, about ten to fifteen minutes walk to the beautiful Heron Lake resort European-style architecture, behind a lake view. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the garden hotel door before there is a substitute car rental.

The car-themed hotel provided a delightful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the atmosphere was serene. The highlight was the enjoyable bonfire party at night, adding to the fun. Plus, the staff's quick action in keeping my forgotten bag safe was much appreciated. Overall, it was a memorable stay with my family that I would gladly recommend.

It happens to be the place where I am on a business trip. Parking and convenience are free. The service is very good. Things are delivered very quickly. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I really like the facilities and environment of Lavande. I always recommend Lavande.

The service is good. After booking the room, the customer service added WeChat and sent the location and pictures of the hotel entrance door. Upon arrival, a mobile phone smart key was sent to answer all questions. The room is clean and spacious, with 24-hour hot water supply and air conditioning. There is a place for cool clothes on the balcony.

There is a private Northeastern restaurant next to the villa. It is very authentic and needs to be booked in advance. It is said that this is the cooking skill of a retired university teacher. Shopping and ordering meals are very convenient. There are hot and cold swimming pools in the villa, where the children have a lot of fun. The KTV sound effects are good, the mahjong machine is very smooth, and there is an arcade machine that makes the children have a lot of fun. There is also a slide on the second floor. The children strongly requested to stay for another night, but as the holiday was about to end, this request could not be met. The excellent butler delayed our check-out time. When I got home, I found that my child's braces were missing. I contacted the housekeeper in the middle of the night. The housekeeper promptly worked with the cleaning lady to look for it through the garbage and finally found it. I am very grateful. It’s not because it’s expensive, but it saves a lot of trouble at the moment. It's worth coming back to experience the stay in summer.

I took my children to play with my friends during the Easter holiday. The housekeeper was polite and answered all questions very quickly. I will meet my friends again next time.
