The hotel's location is very close to the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service every half hour, getting you to the airport in just 5 minutes. The front desk staff were warm, polite, detailed, and patiently answered all our questions. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was excellent. I chose this hotel near the airport because I had a flight the next morning. It's a large hotel, and the front desk even had thoughtful little boxes with various useful items inside, which was a nice touch. The room itself was pretty good, though the showerhead was a bit… problematics. I reported it, and they quickly sent someone up to check, but it couldn't be fixed that evening. My flight was at 9 AM, and they suggested I take the 7 AM shuttle. Breakfast only starts at 7 AM, so I had to leave on an empty stomach.

I brought a client to Changsha for a business trip and chose a hotel near the airport that accommodates foreign guests. The airport shuttle service was very convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel breakfast was good too. The room was large and clean.

However, the soundproofing of the rooms is practically nonexistent; you can clearly hear even quiet conversations from the next room. There aren't many food options nearby, and the delivery services are just okay.
