The fan was powerful. It was convenient to get around, clean, and the facilities were new. On the fifth floor, there are washing machines, dryers, and garment steamers. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, making for a great stay. The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the Children's Hospital next door.

I extended my stay for another night because the hotel bed was so comfortable. Communicating with the Trip.com staff was a breeze, and the hotel staff were also incredibly accommodating. Thumbs up to their service! I hope to stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai! The ambulances from the nearby hospital in the morning were quite 'lively' – not disruptive or noisy, and there were no sounds at night. They just played their part calmly during the day. It didn't affect my rest, but it did make me realize how incredibly busy the 120 (emergency services) must be from morning till noon!

I booked this hotel for both my spring and autumn exams. It's super convenient for Cao Er Middle School, and they allowed a 2 PM late check-out, which was great for my child to have a nap at the hotel. It was really hard to book a standard room for May 6th-7th, but I managed to snag one. Interestingly, there were several standard rooms available yesterday. For the spring exam, I booked a superior twin, but this time, the price was more than double, and I could only get a twin room. A big thank you to the male staff member at the front desk during the day shift for upgrading me to a superior twin! The room was much bigger, and it had a fridge, which was perfect for storing fresh milk and fruits. For any parents who need a hotel for the Gaokao (college entrance exam) in the future, it might be worth checking the target hotel again closer to the exam date; there might be some available rooms. The coffee in the lobby is available 24/7, and the front desk is always staffed. Special thanks again to the male staff member on the day shift; he was very understanding and provided excellent, thoughtful service.

There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it ideal for tourists. Staying here with my girlfriend, we found the environment to be quiet and of high quality, which enhanced our trip. Our three-day stay was incredibly comfortable, and we had absolutely no complaints. If I return to Shanghai in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to couples and friends visiting Shanghai.

Great location, you can see it right from the subway exit. The single room was clean and the bedding was good, and the room was quite spacious. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and had a great attitude, highly recommend! The soundproofing was decent too. Overall, I recommend this place.

I had a great time staying at the hotel. The hotel environment was excellent, and the gym was fully equipped! Kevin at the front desk provided excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again.

The room is very clean, the transportation is convenient, next to the flower and grass market, the hotel is opposite the road is the light textile market, very close to the subway line 14, the hotel is free parking at the entrance, the front desk service is very good, the price is very affordable, will go next time.

The space in the store is not very large, but the layout is very concentrated, and the lighting rendering is also very atmospheric.
