This is a real serviced hotel with a room space 3-4 times bigger than a luxury hotel. Room services are provided every day and the kitchen is fully equipped if you need it. We did not use it since a breakfast restaurant is next door and a local market is less than 10 minutes walk. The best of the property is its location. Jinkiang River is step away and the city metro is close by. A morning jogging along the river starts our day. As it’s so close to the city center, we took DIDI (china’s Uber) most of the time just for a dollar or two. Highly recommended if you go to Chengdu.

Always an incredible stay! Kelly and the hotel staff are so friendly. They stored my luggage while I was away and helped me receive deliveries in advance. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. It was romantic and the couch gave a great atmosphere. The hotel service is very attentive - all my needs were met. Breakfast buffet is delicious, gym/sauna amenities are clean. If you come to Chengdu, I highly recommend staying at Somerset! I will be back soon.

Very close to all sights. Great Café in the basement. Nice Pool! We had a huge room, with kitchen, washingmashine. Perfect for a Family! Staff was super helpful, Booked Tickets for Pandas for us!

The staff was not exactly helpful and missing friendliness. One of the key cards didn't work and we didn't get the right amount of towels for the number of people we were in the room. Also they were one booked breakfast short - at least that was fixed after we complained. The breakfast itself was pretty good. When we tried to order room service, it didn't work and they send us to counter in the lobby; there they said we should call - in the end we got no room service at all. The room was a smoking room so it had the lingering smell of cold smoke in it. In the end we wouldn't say there again.

Decent location. Great view.
