Jinzhu Hotel (ChengDu Tianfu square)

入住之前有打電話跟前台説房間稍微靠近電梯，前台説房型沒有靠近的，我説稍微靠近都可以，過去入住。。emmm直接是最裡麪，離電梯最遠，房間水龍頭壞了，然後下去換房，還是想靠近電梯，然後，emmm，倒數第二間 入住後已經五點快六點，沒怎麼看就去吃飯，晚上十二點回來，開空調，真的，我吹了一晚上空調，開的16°，最大風，熱到我被子沒蓋，我入住都三四次了吧，這次真的一臉懵逼，之前每次來住都很開心，這次就很不舒服，然後凌晨兩點多，樓下聲音很大，就是有其他客人吧，反正很吵，一晚上又熱又悶，空調聲音也很大 早上起來吃早飯，走廊都比房間涼快，早餐是很好的，吃了很多，本來還想續住，但是這次不愉快，還是算了吧，希望你們能去看一下空調，真的很熱

市中心，停車方便

We booked the one with the terrace outside and it was really spacious. Good value for money but a few things to note: 1. The couch in the room had a lot of stains in it which made sitting on it a bit uncomfortable. 2. Consistent wifi issues. It would drop all the time and sometimes outright won’t connect. We talked to the front desk about it and blamed it on our iPhones. This is actually not true - whenever we would go outside the room and into the lobby, the wifi would connect instantly and very fast. Definitely not device specific, but the rooms wifis consistently dropped. This is shared by lots of folks in other reviews. 3. I would say the breakfast was below average.

Room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. A bit far from 春熙路.

Nice location! And good staffs!!

The hotel is located at the business area, be prepared to do some walking (about 700m) to the nearby restaurants. The room is not big but very clean. Bathroom is of good size and strong hot water supply. The hotel provides good variety of breakfast foods, we really enjoyed the foods there. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay there.

Honesty, closer to the main road and quite near to the subway's Line 1 makes this Hotel very suitable.

Overall I think the hotel is great - the staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are perfectly clean, and the cost to value ratio is excellent. The only minor issue with the rooms themselves is that in my bathroom (6th floor) there was always a really strong smell. I always kept the toilet lid closed and tried blocking the gutter next to the toilet with a plastic sheet and a water bottle on top but the smell wouldn't go away. To be clear, this is not a cleanliness issue - the bathroom area was spotless, just like the rest of the room - but it did bother me. It may just have been an issue with my room, I don't know and I didn't ask the staff to fix it and give me a new room because I didn't want to move again, so I may just have been unlucky. In terms of location, the closest subway stop was about 10 minutes walk away which did involve crossing a big overpath, so not the most convenient, but I could reach most places in the city centre with a rental bike really quickly (often much quicker than by public transport). Overall I'd definitely book this hotel again, especially since the hygiene was good which to me is the most important thing.

We arrived early in the morning and were allowed to check in for a rest. Thank you to the night staff on duty. Breakfast is delicious with choices from bread, porridge and noodles soup. Room is spacious and water flows well with good air conditioning. There is also a washing machine and dryer on level 2.Good location with walking distance to surrounding places like Tianfu Square, People's Park, Kuan Zhai Alley. Over all we have a good stay here and will repeat again if we come again in future.
