I don’t know who is writing the reviews on trip com, but after I stayed in this hotel, I started doubting the validity of the reviews about this hotel here. Clean, the view are the local housings, you can hear everything from what is happening outside. The stuff doesn’t speak English, and just laughing when the foreigner cames to check in. You know that silly scary laugh? WiFi doesn’t work at all, I couldn’t connect at all, in the end I realized it was not even in my room (router). When I came to explain what happened the reception girl just laughed that she can’t understand and finally the guardian( without speaking any English could explain to her). And as I said I couldn’t connect.. WhAt a silly behavior? Hello! It’s 21st century, your hotel is close to the airport, you are working as receptionist- isn’t it time to learn English. Breakfast!!!!!!!! O my god! It’s just the worst, I will repeat the worst breakfast in my life that I had in the hotel. Dirty, very less options, instant cold coffee, cold tea. Unless you like eat noodles and the Chinese spicy food for breakfast. Really terrible. I’m not blaming the chefs, they cook for the amount of money the hotel is giving them. But seriously, management- open hour eyes. If you want the good reviews - improve improve and give some money from the budget for your receptionists to learn English, basic English. They couldn’t even say :”hello”. Thank you to the nice guardians. The young one and the old one. Btw, the young one could speak English. Thank you to him. I will never stay on this hotel. People find something else in trip.com. So many Options for the same amount of money.
